"This was our first visit to the Pensacola area and we loved it! The Good Vibes house was perfect, located in very quiet (older) neighborhood and fenced in backyard for the pups. The king sized bed in bedroom 1 was very comfortable. Everything we wanted to do in the area was minutes drive from the house. Home was very clean, the only thing we needed to bring was our food. "

"Host was responsive & provided very clear check in/check out instructions. The bed was comfortable and the space felt more homey than a hotel. The house is split into three units but the doors are spaced out so that you don’t have interact with other guests. My only feedback for improvements would be better or more pillows and a key pad for unlocking the door. Having to keep up with the physical key & or opening the lock box each time wasn’t impossible but just punching in a door code would have...

"The place was just as described. Very nice, convenient to everything, as well as clean & very quiet. Any questions I had were answered promptly. The bay was just across the street which was great for walks. My family lives in Gulf Breeze, and I plan on renting this place again when I visit. The thing I missed the most, the left over condiments, seasoning, coffee creamer, sweetener, etc. All the things we buy on a trip that we only need a little of & typically leave for the next guest. "We loved staying here. It’s a short drive to Johnson beach as well as Publix and restaurants. It is a very quiet street and the neighborhood is peaceful. We loved having a gated backyard for the kids to play and the loft on the front to drink morning coffee with the wife. I can’t say enough about the house and the guest service was absolutely incredible on helping us. "

"This home was perfect for our Thanksgiving holiday with family and friends. The dining room table was the perfect size, the home is spacious and we didn’t feel crowded- we loved the bamboo mattresses and copper pillows- slept great! Everything was well supplied and the hosts met us with a tour at check in. Our favorite part- other than the fenced yard- was the cozy fireplace! Everything was comfortable and well set up, and we had a great time.I just wanted to mention two small things for your awareness:•The bathtub didn’t seem to drain water very quickly, possibly due to a hair clog.•Dishwashing pods were missing.Other than these minor items, everything was excellent. "The rental is spacious and well equipped. Everything was in working order, refrigerator, stove, microwave. Plenty of dishes, pans etc... Nice size TV and lots of windows for plenty of sunshine. Room sizes were just perfect, not cramped for space. Nice front porch to sit out on and a very roomy fenced backyard. Nice laundry room separate from both units of the duplex. Plenty of beach supplies as well!!"
