Welcome to B35!

There is a parking fee of $25.00 per vehicle plus tax per stay, 2 vehicle max per unit. Unregistered vehicles will be towed at owners expense. Boats have to be registered at the office as there is a fee of $40.00 per day plus tax and trailers must be parked in the Boat Yard at a first come first serve bases.

The serenity of Perdido Key is a treasure only a few know.

Sundown is a private, peaceful, low-rise condo complex on the Key that is truly a hidden gem. Positioned on scenic Ole River, Sundown has a private walkway to the beach and offers access to water recreation of all types.

It offers a large pool, tennis and basketball courts. Picnic areas with barbeque grills are near the pool and by Ole River. Cable and wireless internet are provided. For boat lovers, there are boat slips, jet ski moorings, and storage for trailers. A boat launch is available for your use nearby at Galvez Landing.

The Nautical Suite is a one bedroom, one bath, third floor condo with a large deck that offers the best waterfront views in the complex. Sunset is breathtaking and stargazing with the provided telescope is magical. Watch the birds soar and dive for food as you sunbathe on the deck while dolphins make their daily pass on the river.

The Nautical Suite has multiple amenities. The kitchen is abundantly stocked with equipment for home cooking and entertaining. The guest closet has beach chairs, beach umbrellas, beach and pool toys, and other goodies. Fishing gear and crab traps are provided for those who want to try their luck. The bedroom has an elegant and comfortable king size bed. There is a large flat screen TV for television and movie viewing and a sound system for playing DVD's, CD's, and I-pods.

This condo is a one of a kind getaway that you will not want to leave. Ask for B-35, the Nautical Suite, and make your own special memories at Sundown in Perdido Key. If you need to book two condos for traveling friends and family we also rent our condo B-34 which is right beside B-35.

Perfect Perdido Key Getaway

We really loved the property. You get the best of both worlds with beach views, and beach access, with riverfront property that is very private and serene. The property offers a place to park boat, trailers, has a dock, great outdoor space, and pool area. The property management team on site are extremely friendly and helpful. this unit in particularly is themed in nautical decor and is so charming and cozy and very clean.

Wonderful view

Really enjoyed the condo. The view is awesome and the area is very peaceful. Liked that the pool is on the front side so you can enjoy the view out back without a lot of noise. The condo was bigger than I expected. There wasn’t anything we needed. Yes you will have to climb three flights of stairs since there is no elevator but it wasn’t bad. We liked that it was on the top floor. The bed was very comfortable as well. I would go back again

The property was nice a little dated but fine. Patio furniture needs replacing. We liked having a place with a boat slip. Had to try to communicate a bit upon arrival because we never received our code for the condo. Would we stay there again, sure.

Sitting’ on the Dock of the Bay

As soon as we walked in and saw the dock, overlooking the bay, through the sliding glass doors, our hearts knew we were officially on vacation! The condo was exactly as it appeared in the pictures and had every possible thing you could ever need to make your time there feel like home. The public beach access across the street made it easy to roll our wagon and all the extras to a perfect spot in the sand each day and the pool was always extremely clean and never crowded, perfectly refreshing.

Overall our experience was good. The space was as described and it was cute and clean. The walk to the beach was easy and the outdoor seating areas was nice. The kitchen was well stocked with cookware and utensils. The only real issue was that the water heater went out and it took about a day and a half to have someone come to repair after I reported it the office.

Excellent location. Clean property.

We throughly enjoyed our stay at the Sundown property. The condo was well equipped and very clean. We enjoyed the basketball court, pool, and grilling area. The Sundown community is very quiet and it was a quick walk across the street to the beach. We definitely will be back. The only suggestion we would make would be to update the patio furniture. With several pieces being broken, it made the furniture difficult to use.

The property is just a short drive to Orange Beach and Gulf shores. It has its own access to the beach which is really nice and being just out of the main area it's not that busy.

Relaxing Rental

This is a very casual rental if you want a relaxing beach vacation. There are supplies for all your needs, even the beach. The balcony is huge, but stands in water if it rains... which it did a lot while we were there. This is not a fancy complex, but it's neat, clean, quiet, and very well kept. The river behind and beach across the street were perfect. Overall, we enjoyed the condo and especially loved that it is close to the FloraBama.

Sundown was "Thumbs up"!

This property was exactly what we expected. The condo was very clean and well kept with up to date everything. The kitchen was beyond well stocked. We had a small issue with the hot water, the night we got there, but the property manager and the condo owner were more than helpful in resolving the issue. You couldn't ask for a better property staff or condo owner. The views from the deck were beautiful overlooking the bay. And the new docks were perfect for fishing or just sitting and enjoying the water views. We will, without a doubt, be going back.
