We enjoyed our stay there, it was clean, quiet and just a cozy place to be. The driveway has a deep slant so we scraped the bottom of our car driving in. But other than that no complaints.

This was a nice property with easy access to most of Pensacola. Quiet street with off street parking. My family has sensitivities/allergies to pet dander and smoke, so having a property that excluded both of these was a major plus.

Very Nice Place

We stayed here with 4 adults and two children and had a great time. You can see the pool from the back door and it is a reasonable walking distance. Close to local food and about 15-20 min from Pensacola Beach. I recommend parking on the street if you don’t have an SUV. My parents scraped the bottom of their car on the dip in the driveway.

The property matched the VRBO description.Primary issue were there were heavily soiled towels left in the washing machine. If you will be staying for more than a few days then I advise bringing you own towels. The check-in process was not smooth for us. We arrived around 18:30, I had to reach out to the management company for the front door PIN code, this left my daughters and I waiting in front of the residence for 30 minutes waiting for a response back for that information. After getting in everything was great. The home is decorated nicely and laid out in a way that everyone has their own needed space.

House as described

Our stay at this property was wonderful, the house was clean, easy to access, spacious, the neighborhood was quite. We would stay here again. Only thing I would like to mention is the driveway is a bit unlevel (no fault of the property or the owner) just how it was designed, so it would be beneficial if you drive an SUV or a truck as you will scrape the undercarriage of your car if you drive anything lower than an SUV. We drove an Accord and scraped pulling in and out of the driveway. Again, no fault to the property/owner-as previously mentioned, would 100% stay at the property again!
