Conveniently located in the heart of downtown Pensacola, this cute historic home is the perfect spot for your next visit to the area! This beautiful bungalow is located just 1 block from Main St, only 3 blocks from Joe Patti's Seafood and just a block away from Maritime Park the home of the Blue Wahoos! Enjoy the best of Palafox Street which is only a 10 minute walk away. There are two off street parking spots available. Log into your any of your streaming services on any of the 3 smart TVs. The Duck House has all your needs covered so book your stay today!



Bring your furry pups along on your trip since it is also small dog friendly. There is a non refundable $100 pet fee for each dog. Maximum 2 dogs and all dogs must be under 30lbs. This fee will be added to the booking after the reservation is made. Any dogs on the premises must be disclosed and approved by management prior to your stay.



This home is ideal for business travelers with free high speed internet/WiFi and in home washer and dryer.

Pensacola is such a great area to explore. This unit was within walking distance , less then 1 mile, to downtown and Wahoo stadium. The host is very responsive and was able to accommodate a few small things I needed.

We enjoyed our stay very much. There were a things not furnished like blankets. Also a better patio table and chairs n the back yard is probably needed. Otherwise all good.

Cute and convenient!

Nice stay with everything we needed ! Loved the proximity to downtown. We rented the VEO bikes that were parked on our block and toured around the downtown area and near the Wahoo stadium. Easy check in and communication with property manager was efficient and easy as well. Thanks Duck House!

Location, Location, Location

Great place, close to beautiful parks and downtown Pensacola. The beaches are a short drive away. You can walk to Wahoo Stadium, Pansacolas AA baseball team. Its a great evening or afternoon outing. If your traveling with a dog, the fenced in backyard is a real plus. We will definitely stay there again onn our next visit to Pensacola

Perfect weekend get away

The Duck House was perfect for a weekend getaway! Our dogs loved the yard, we loved the convenience of walking to restaurants and the park by the bay. The home is clean and well appointed with everything you need. We will certainly book again.

Down Time

I came to get a break from the daily stress of burning pain after back surgery and difficulty walking. The rental was a square box structure with the original floors preserved which created an old world home feel. It was a great space with a front room section including a kitchen, a dining room table and a sitting section to sit and enjoy TV. The back section had 2 bedrooms divided by a bathroom with a large walk in shower. One bedroom had a washer-dryer stackable in the closet. The other bedroom had a door to the outside which was perfect for my 15 pound dog to enjoy the outside with an enclosed backyard fence. The unit had a great air conditioner for the September heat. I can’t wait to book Gain. The only reason I skip one star in the review was because the railing to the front door needs to be replaced. It was unusable getting up three tall steps to the front door. Difficult for me but manage it.

Central Pensacola Location

Found this location to be perfect for our visit. We were in Pensacola visit our son at the Naval base. We had the ability to get back and forth to base within minutes. Downtown was a short drive or walk away. The beaches are twenty minutes drive. The price for the accommodations was reasonable. Morning and evening walks to the bay graced us with glimpses of dolphins each time. We were also fortunate to see fireworks after the Wahoos game twice during our stay. Would definitely stay here again next visit to Pensacola.

Convenient location!

The property was as described. We mainly rented it for the location as we were going to a few Blue Wahoo games. We literally walked maybe five minutes to the gate. It was so convenient, especially as we watched all the other people try to get out of the parking lots. We also were able to walk downtown and we had breakfast at the Ruby Slipper. Definitely give it a try if you haven’t!. The property itself was clean, and we will rent again when we come back to see the Wahoos!

Wonderful cottage walkable to downtown

We chose the Duck House because it is one of a very few houses that is dog friendly, has a fenced yard, and is easily walkable to downtown. The host was very responsive and the property was spotless.

A cute little house.

Super short walk to the ball park to watch a game. An easy drive to the beach (if you follow directions). Destin is not to bad of a drive as well. It seemed like the house was still being upgraded. But very nice and peaceful.

Duck House review

This was a great stay. There was a bad storm one night and it flooded the roads. The iTrip/property manager called me the next day to make sure I was okay and didn’t need anything— that was extremely nice of them. Within walking distance to downtown and only 15 minutes to the beach. It was in a good area as well. I’d definitely stay here again. :)
