A Cozy and Comfortable Home Away from Home in Pensacola

Our two bedrooms each have firm and comfy new Ashley memory foam mattresses with cotton sheets. A queen air mattress is available to accommodate a 5th guest (this would need to be set up in the living room).

Our home is 850 sf and has a smaller kitchen and bath. The furnishings were purchased to fit the rooms perfectly and enhance the livability of our cozy cottage.
Outside: This little house is located in an old Pensacola neighborhood. We are on the outside edge. We like guests to be aware in advance that this property is budget friendly and located in a blue collar neighborhood that reflects its price point. It is; however, no less cozy and comfortable. There is a covered carport for one vehicle and plenty of room to park a couple more cars. Our back yard abuts a middle school - no rear neighbors enhances the feeling of privacy, safety, and security.

On site laundry is available for guests. The laundry room is located right outside the kitchen door.

We just have one closet we use for supplies which is padlocked. You have the entire home!

Fully stocked kitchen with everything you need to make a nice home cooked meal. Just bring your ingredients!

Cleaning supplies and many important necessities you won’t have to run to the store for so you can spend more time relaxing on your vacation and less time shopping!

Guest Access:
You will be less than 2 miles from Navy Point & Mahogany Mill, where you can launch your boat. Enjoy Lakewood Park where the kids can play, and you can access a space to launch your kayaks and paddleboards! Fishing pier, golf course, and more, all nearby!

We have a coded key box for self check-in so there is no need to interact with us other than messages on the app. We are very responsive when guests need to communicate with us. We have a local maintenance man and handyman available should anything need to be tended to during your stay.
