Whibbs Sr. Community Maritime Park, and Goofy Golf of Pensacola.

When you're ready to relax and unwind after a day spent in the sun, walk into the welcoming walls of your home away from home and discover sheer peace. The living room comes adorned with playful pops of color, soft seating, and a large TV. In the adjacent kitchen and dining area, find stainless steel appliances, ample meal prep space, and a lovely spot for your family to sit and enjoy meals together. If you'd prefer to dine alfresco, head for the sunlit deck.

Each of the bedrooms come carefully curated with tasteful beach-themed decorations and offers cool air thanks to the home's central air-conditioning. For your complete convenience, appreciate having access to a private washer/dryer.

This rental is located on floor 2.

Please note: this home resides in a noise-sensitive area and the owners participate in our Good Neighbor protection program. Our smart home technology will alert our team if excessive decibel or occupancy levels are detected, allowing us to reach out directly with a reminder of maximum occupancy and quiet hours. This technology is privacy compliant, and only monitors the presence of decibels and devices-not any personal conversation or information. Thank you for supporting our efforts to be good neighbors!

Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.

Everthing was super smooth. Great location, great amenities and a very nice, clean perfect place to stay. Check in was easy, managing from rhe property owner was spot-on. Will stay again and absolutely recommend!

Great Getaway

Property was definitely a home away from home. Great space, great location, definitely a great time. Literally steps from the beach. Lovely community, great communication, easy in and out! Would definitely visit again.

Great family weekend!

The house is very well maintained and was a comfortable size for 5 adults. Great location to the beach and the boardwalk. No issues with this property and I would absolutely stay there again!

Clean and close to the beach!

Property was just as described. Very clean and close access to the beach. I do think that the beds mattress’ should be updated or mattress pads be placed on beds. They were extremely hard and the pillows were flat. I did have to buy wash clothes and hand soap upon arrival. The rental only had 2 wash clothes for 4 people. The location was great, close to town and easy access to the beach.
