Enjoy the best of Pensacola Beach right outside your door. Launch one of the two kayaks or take the paddleboard out on calm Little Sabine waters, where dolphins are often spotted and fish swim all around you. Fishing is easy and popular—cast a line from the shared green space, kayak fish from the bay, or try surf fishing along the Gulf.

A nearby boardwalk provides convenient access toward the Gulf of America for easy beach days. Three beach cruiser bikes are included for exploring nearby beaches, restaurants, and island sights within approximately half a mile to two miles.

The living room features a Smart Roku TV, board games, puzzles, and a cozy selection of beach reads.

The backyard green space and private bay shoreline are shared with neighboring homes. Guests are asked to enjoy these areas thoughtfully and respectfully.
