The TownHomes of the Regency Cabanas are located on the world famous Pensacola Beach, known for it's white 'sugar-like' sands, approx 150 yds walk to the beach. This small complex is located approximately 1 1/2-2 miles east of the busy hotel and restaurant area of the island, in a quieter residential neighborhood. It is a gated community. This unit is a 3 story unit, with a private parking garage. Unit G-11 is an end unit thereby minimizing noise. . The unit has been completed updated with granite countertops. New tile flooring,

The complex has 2 pools which are available to guests. As part of the Gulf Offshore Islands National Park & Seashore, the island is several miles long, offering shops, casual as well as fine dining and clubs. It offers several miles of undisturbed and undeveloped national and state park lands, great for those peaceful walks or bike riding. The Northern Gulf of Mexico waters as well as local bay waters, offer some of the best fishing (Marlin, Grouper, Red Snapper, etc) as well as excellent scuba diving (USS Oriskany). Visit Fort Pickens, a pre civil war Fort, which is now a National Park. Close by is the City of Pensacola, with an active downtown quarter, visit the historic Seville Quarter, with it's quaint shops, restaurants and nightlife.


Pensacola Public Fishing Pier: Want to fish in deep waters, but don't want to do it in a boat, Pensacola Beach offers an excellent Public Fishing Pier, as well as a fishing pier area on the bay side. These fishing spots abound in both small and large salt water game fish, such as; Snapper, Grouper, Redfish, Spanish & King Mackerel, as well as many other varieties.

Churches: Pensacola Beach offers denominational as well as non-denominational churches and places to worship.

The place was clean, spacious, good size. Beach view was not available but the pool was nice and the walk to the beach was ok for younger travelers. We used very little and very clean. My only recommendation would be to put in a bar for safely in the bathrooms with tubs. Overall we plan to come back as we can. Thank to you and the owner for allowing our family to stay at this property! Evelyn Nolting

When we entered the property it had a strong mold smell. There were stains on the carpet in the foyer on second floor. The chair in the living room was damaged. There were water stains with mold growing on the ceiling in the living room area. The railing to the second floor was coming out of the wall. The vent from the dryer was not covered causing lint to get allOver the car. The advertised description said it was on the beach with beach views when in actuality it was two buildings away from the beach with no beach view. We stayed only one night of the 3 that was booked given the misrepresentations

Fabulous location, beautiful beach within walking distance. Nice little condo community - very peaceful. Swimming pools are clean and easily accessible. The condo unit has a nice spacious terrace east facing so you can enjoy evening dinners. The floorplan is excellent. Each room has its own en-suite and the main level has a half bath. The home was well stocked with kitchen items and some items for the beach.

Great condo with easy beach access

Condo was in a great location in Pensacola beach, very quiet and nice gated area with 2 nice pools. Had everything we needed for a family of four with 2 young children. Beach access was very easy, just a short walk, maybe 1000 ft at most to the ocean. Nice little local market across the street, close to the trolley stops. Neighborhood was nice and quiet. We had a great time and would definitely stay here again!

Moms Beach Trip

Such a nice place to stay we took our annual Mother’s Day trip for the year and chose this listing due to the location and it did not disappoint! Nice and clean easy access to everything and definitely would rent again.

Pensacola Beach Condo Good Value

We enjoyed a short 2 night stay. The condo had everything we needed. It's a short walk to the beach and short drive to stores and restaurants. It was clean.There are stairs to the front door and the bedrooms, that may be a consideration for some.I think it was a good value for the location.

Great location!

We really enjoyed our stay at Regency Cabana! Great location and easy access to the beach! It was so quiet on this part of the beach which was nice! The two pools were perfect for when we needed a break from the beach! Close proximity to restaurants and activities! The townhome was very clean and updated!

Perfect for Us and The Pup

Great beach condo

The place was perfect for us. It was nice, clean, and had plenty of space for our party of 4. The location was great! Super close to the beach and walking distance to the rest of our family who were staying down the street. Bill was very responsive. Check-in instructions were sent to us early and we knew what to expect. It was an easy process and wonderful stay! We even extended an extra day!

Great location!

I really loved this place. It’s right by the trolly stop , so you don’t have to combat traffic if you don’t want. The property is clean and very well kept. The only thing I would change is that maybe they should put up some blackout curtains because the bedrooms are flooded with natural light.

Very good 2 story condo. It is not a high end destination but it is clean with new carpet and everything you need. It is as advertised and we would rent again if available.

We Won’t Be Back

The only reason I’m posting a review is to warn others. 1. We were not in contact with the the host until the day of while on the way to the property, and that’s because we reached out first. I went back and rechecked my emails and never received anything about the check-in process. 2. Everything felt nasty in the kitchen. There was an open syrup bottle I assume was for the guest. That’s kind of nasty, the dishes could use updates and the pots had old food stuck on them. The floors were also dirty. Overall you can tell the place has really been lived in👎 3. Our bathroom smelled like mold and the vents had water dripping from them. We contacted the host about it and were told that it was from the humidity, meaning nothing was going to be done about it. Moving on… 4. Oh and the master bathtub had mold in the corner of it. We had a 1 year old baby with us. How disturbing. 5. The place needs to be updated in some areas like the tvs, there were board games under the living room tv but weren’t playable due to not all the pieces being available. It felt like clutter. 6. And there were questionable red stains on the sheets both in the master and second bedroom. Dude I’m grossed out just from typing this. Overall we won’t be back. Too much money was paid for that kind of experience. I honestly don’t ask for much, I just believe that sanitation should be a number one priority in a place like that. Save your money and go elsewhere.
