The hotel is luxurious without being stuffy. All the staff I encountered were friendly, professional and helpful. The room was very clean and comfortable and I especially enjoyed the cookies. Wonderful hotel that gives you the benefits of both a self catering accommodation and hotel amenities. Both the restaurant and the cafe are excellent. The pool, playroom, and playground with maze were a hit with our little one. Staff very friendly. Dog loved it too. :)
