"We stayed for 9 nights at this property in the center of Franklin; it is brand new and was very clean. It is within one block of four great restaurants. A store that rents bikes for many of the area trails (we rode 5 miles along the Allegheny River on a paved trail to Belmar Bridge) is just over a block away. A store with great olive oil/balsamic vinegar options is across the street and also sells authentic gelato. There is a brewery about 1/2 block away. We also traveled to Conneaut Lake (just...

"We had a great stay. We were just surprised to see that the second bedroom was outside in the garage. But the kids loved it. Another thing was that the oven was locked and unable to use. We just utilize what we had. Everything was great and thanks again"

"The house was great and had everything we needed. Especially liked relaxing on the back deck with the view of the lake during morning coffee and evening drinks. We would definitely stay here again for a few days relaxing, golf, fishing and Riverside Brewery only about 5 minutes away."

"This truly is a gem, an oasis away from home, with a waterfall right in your backyard. The cottage is clean, wonderfully decorated, and well maintained. The description is accurate, with the bedroom in the lower level, walking down a metal spiral staircase. The view is spectacular, and very tranquil. Also the host puts out a wonderful complimentary snack basket, and a bottle of wine in the frig for guests to enjoy, which is so thoughtful."
