"Stayed here recently and overall it was an average experience. The location was a big plus; being close to downtown Pittsburgh made it really convenient to get around. "This hotel is located near the airport. The room was comfortable. I struggled with the cleanliness of the property. The stairwells were unkept, dirty garage cans and floors were not vacuumed very well. I found a dirty washcloth in the tub and mucus on the pen by the bedside. These things made me wondered about the hygiene of the room. "

I spoke with the assistant manager before we left and she stated she would contact expedia and we would get a refund for one night.
