Discover Wake and Lake, a charming three-bedroom home in the quiet town of Penn Yan, ideally located along the Keuka Lake Wine Trail. Perfect for families, friends, or anyone seeking a relaxing lakeside escape, this home puts you close to local favorites like Seneca Farms Ice Cream, Abandon Brewery, and Keuka Springs Vineyards.

The open kitchen and dining area make meal prep and family-style dining effortless, with sliding doors that open to a balcony overlooking the lake. The living area is bright and inviting, offering a comfortable space to relax, plan your adventures, or gather with loved ones. A half bath on the entry level adds convenience.

Downstairs, three cozy bedrooms await, two with direct lake views and one with a peeking view, all featuring queen beds. Two full bathrooms make mornings and evenings stress-free. The lake level offers a bonus half bath and an indoor/outdoor kitchen with a natural gas grill, perfect for lakefront dining.

Step outside to enjoy 61 feet of breakwall and natural lakefront, ideal for swimming, wading, or simply soaking up the sun. The balcony and outdoor spaces provide serene spots to unwind and take in the beautiful surroundings.

Wake and Lake is pet-friendly for up to two dogs and offers parking for three compact cars or two larger vehicles. Outdoor amenities, including the dock and furniture, are seasonal and unavailable from October 15 through May 15.

Whether you're exploring nearby hiking trails, visiting wineries, or simply enjoying a peaceful day on the lake, Wake and Lake offers the perfect combination of comfort, charm, and access to the best of the Finger Lakes.

Occupancy: This property is closely monitored for responsible renting. The maximum occupancy of each home is the number of guests allowed on the premises at any given time. This includes both day and overnight guests as well as all children including infants.

Note:
1. You will receive an email upon confirmation with a link to our Guest License Agreement which is a copy of our Rental Rules that must be signed and returned within 7 days of receiving.
2. Smoking is not allowed in any rental property. This includes vaping and e-cigarettes.
3. Homes are not handicap accessible, unless stated in the description.
4. Air conditioning is not available unless listed as an amenity. If available, air conditioning is considered a seasonal amenity and is only available May 15 - October 15.
5. Homes are not guaranteed allergen-free, even those that do not allow pets.
6. Docking is not guaranteed if water levels are low and/or high due to seasonal weather and climate changes.
7. Outdoor amenities, including furniture, watercraft, and firepit are not available between October 15 - May 15.
8. 2 dogs allowed maximum and $100 plus tax non-refundable pet fee applies per dog.

Lots of stairs but an absolutely beautiful property and location. Only negatives were on an afternoon when we went out to lunch they mowed the lawn and got grass all over our towels and the outdoor kitchen area, had we known they were coming we would have removed the towels and closed up the porch. Loved all the amenities and pet friendly atmosphere. Would definitely stay again.
