We stayed at this property for 8 weeks and it was perfect for what we needed! We were there for medical reasons and it provided just what we needed as a family all while being in a neighborhood atmosphere yet being close to the hospital and also things to do, beaches, stores, restaurants, etc.

Our stay was great! This house is large and beautifully decorated with the authenticity true to the age of the house! Warm and welcoming, clean, and everything you need for a relaxing stay. Beautiful backyard for playing or more relaxing. Nice neighborhood and easy walking for food, and shopping.

Host was attentive via text. House was old and tired, AC died (when it worked very cold). Windows are thin and outside is very loud. Neighbors were not welcoming. Middle over the road property.

Fantastic!!

My friends and I stayed in this property on a 30th birthday trip. It was incredibly clean and impeccably decorated! The beds were soft and the neighborhood quiet, allowing us great sleep and the property had all of the beach supplies we needed. It was an incredible time! We 100% recommend this place!

Family Gathering

Very nice renovation of a stately home! It was a good "base" for my whole family as we visited the Finger Lakes region. The kids loved the big, open back yard and the video arcade machine. I loved the big bathrooms and easy to access laundry. Thanks!

Great Stay

The house worked out great for our family. The house was clean and everything was ready for us. Location was nice and quiet but close to highway and downtown. The beds were comfortable and the bedding was very nice. Home was nicely decorated and in nice shape. My son loved the Simpsons arcade games, great touch for the kids room.

Penn Yan house

I stayed with 3 friends for 4 days. The beds were comfortable. It is an old house so there were som uneven flooring but nothing major. The kitchen is small, but it had all that we needed. The laundry was great to have and easy. Our stay was nice and the home was quiet and clean.

Great property!

We were in town for a swim meet at the North Shore Aquatic Complex and needed a house close to the pool. The property was exactly how it was portrayed in the descriptions and pictures. The Simpson's arcade game in the bedroom was a hit for our preteens.

Absolutely Enjoyed the Stay!

This property worked out perfectly! My husband grew up in St. Pete and the majority of his family still lives there. We needed a place to stay for a Celebration of Life. The house is well outfitted, clean, and priced well. We really loved the master bathroom with two shower heads. The backyard is huge and dog friendly. I will not hesitate to book this home again when we are visiting!

Charming Vacation Home with Great Amenities

I recently stayed at this charming older home and had a wonderful experience. The property was just as described, filled with character and charm. The kitchen was well-equipped with everything needed, which made meal preparation easy. Although there were a few minor hiccups during our stay, the owner was very responsive and easy to communicate with via text. The fire pit in the yard was a great addition. The beds were also incredibly comfortable. . Overall, a lovely place to stay!

Wedding weekend

This house was located close to my daughter’s wedding venue and all the events that took place all weekend. The home was spacious enough for 7 adults and 4 small children. The home owner was very quick to fix an issue with an air conditioning unit. They are very responsive. I would definitely stay here again.

Property was accurately represented. Nicely furnished house with 3 bedrooms. Was very clean and well kept up. Kitchen modern and clean. Mattresses/linen excellent. Bathrooms modern and also clean. Property was well located, 10 minutes to downtown St Pete and plenty of excellent restaurant options very near-by (Siam Thai, Fresh Kitchen both highly recommended). Communication with host was excellent with almost instantaneous response to any questions.

Perfect house for wknd getaway

In St Pete for our family reunion and the house was great. Very clean, cozy and online pictures/description totally accurate. Two things to be aware of, we were 4 adults and the positioning of the bunk beds was dangerously close to the ceiling fan for one of my adult sons as he was getting in/out of the bunk. Also the Wi-Fi needs attention, router restart didn’t help, maybe something on the network. The fridge was stocked with water bottles, really nice touch!!

St. Petersburg rental

The house was clean. However, the plug-in deodorizers were overwhelming. We removed them from the outlets and had to air out the house. The backyard was nice for our dog. However there is a rotten board in the middle of the deck. The grill was unusuable due to the rusty grates that could not be cleaned. There was a leak under the kitchen sink and we were told to put a bowl under the pipe.There was no informational booklet in the house for the TV or other important information. The bed in the master bedroom was a challenge to navigate around the base. When we went down the two steps to get into the room, we bumped our legs on the frame. In spite of these few detractions, it was adequate for our needs.
