"Our room was upgraded free of charge after I informed them that I was coming with a mobility scooter (having what I hope is a temporary ailment where I find it extremely difficult to walk). The room was large, very clean, comfortable and with no noise. There’s plenty of choice on the menus of good quality freshly cooked foods and the large buffet breakfast will keep you full all day!"

"It’s such a special place for us to stay. The hotel holds such lovely memories of our wedding day. It’s been developed even more now, but tastefully, holding its true identity in style and decor, with the more modern twists where needed. Every staff member is friendly, the food is delicious, lounge areas comfy, outside areas maintained and modern, and the views over Cardiff and out to sea are wonderful. Unfortunately it was raining all the time so we couldn't explore the area as much as we wanted to but that's UK weather for you. I'd happily go back to the cellars and would like to stay at the orangery too. "
