"This a great place for families to gather. It's very spacious and clean and comfortable. And though it's in a quiet and peaceful area with a small lake at the base of the property, places to eat and get groceries are just a short drive away. There's a wonderful seating area around a firepit, too!"

"The cabin and property were very clean and easy to find. We loved the back yard for chilling around after we got back from the event we were attending. Host was very friendly and had good communication. Will stay again if we are back in the area! "

"Our family enjoyed many years living in this historic neighborhood. I couldn’t believe this cottage was available in VRBO. First, this secluded neighborhood is beautiful 365 days a year. Wildlife, deer and massive trees add to the charm of this property. Matthew has restored this lovely cottage to an efficient and comfortable space. "I had a great time at this VRBO meeting up with some.friends to explore Louisville. The location is convenient, with nearby grocery/restaurants. It's close for an easy Uber to get downtown, but far enough out of the city that's it's easy to drive to this to places east of the city as well.Plenty of parking, and a great evening hangout for a group of adults exploring the area."
