This Pender Island cottage has stunning views overlooking the Marina. It is a 2-level, 750 sq. ft. cottage which has a full kitchen, cozy living room, with 1 bedroom, and a trundle bed for 2 in the loft, as well as a queen sized sofa bed to comfortably accommodate up to 6 guests. The family appeal of this cottage is apparent and at a great value.

The Resort offers two heated swimming pools to soak in water and sun (Open seasonally from the May long weekend until Thanksgiving). Boat and kayak launch for adventures and sightseeing. Badminton courts and two tether ball courts for your daily dose of exercise.


Cancellation up to 30 days prior to your arrival are refunded, minus the booking fee. Final payment is charged to your card 30 days prior to arrival. Cancellations after this date are non-refundable for the full amount of your booking, minus the booking fee.

We do our best to ensure reservation arrangements are satisfactory, however, the Property does not accept any liability for any loss financial or otherwise, travel delay, injury, damage, additional expenses or inconvenience caused directly or indirectly by any events which are beyond our control. These include, but not limited to, flight delays or cancellations, civil disturbance, defects in vehicles, strikes, theft, acts of terrorism, natural disaster, war, fire, floods, acts of God, acts of Government or of any other authorities, changes to Government regulations, accident to or failure of machinery or equipment, maintenance requirements or industrial action.

If the property is unable to provide the booking due to circumstances beyond their control, (examples include, but are not limited to, Forest Fires, Floods, Government Travel Advisories) then only future stay credits for the amount paid will be issued. No refunds will be given. Future stay credits may be used towards the booking of any property managed by Breakaway Vacations and has a 1 yr expiration date. Early departures will be responsible for each remaining night reserved. All rates quoted are in Canadian Dollars. Second Party Cancellation Policies may differ from this page.
