This sunny, modern three-bedroom home offers a perfect escape for families or friends looking to reconnect and unwind just a short walk from the beach.

Step out onto the expansive deck, where you can soak up the views or enjoy al fresco dining as the sun sets over the island. The open-plan living, dining, and kitchen area is bathed in natural light, offering a warm, inviting space to relax after a day of exploring. A fully equipped kitchen makes meal preparation a breeze, whether you're crafting a feast or a quick snack.  

This family-friendly home features three comfortable bedrooms and two modern bathrooms, ensuring ample space for everyone. A guest toilet and the convenience of drive-on access with a carport add to the ease of your stay. The private path to the beach through grassy fields means seaside adventures are only minutes away.  

Explore Waikanae Olde Beach village just five minutes away, with its charming cafes and shops, or discover local gems like the Harrisons Garden Centre with a fabulous cafe. Nearby hills offer stunning walks, and on clear days, you might even catch a glimpse of Mt Taranaki or Mt Ruapehu from the house.

Das Haus hat eine ausgezeichnete Lage zum Strand und für die Erkundung der Gegend um Wellington. Es ist ganz neu und qualitativ hochwertig eingerichtet. Die Strandlage ist ebenfalls einmalig gut. Wir können die Unterkunft nur sehr empfehlen. Sie ist noch beeser als Sie anhand der Bilder sehen können.

Absolutely fantastic

We spent seven glorious nights here and it was honestly just divine. The house is one of the most stunning houses I’ve ever had the privilege of staying in and the beach is just beautiful. It’s a nice quiet and gentle beach, perfect for kids and ideal for swimming if you don’t want to be washed away by the waves. We especially loved the gentle 1min stroll through the fields of grasses and flowers to the beach. Sitting on the glorious deck looking out over Kapiti island, or enjoying the stars, falling asleep to the sound of waves and reading books in the many sunny nooks and using the absolutely huge kitchen was so relaxing and enjoyable. The house is incredibly gorgeous and very well designed to maximise all the glorious features of the sunshine and surrounding land. Very private and very quiet, great parking and well equipped with everything we needed! 10/10 to this beautiful property, highly recommend.
