"Our room was not ready at check in time. They had us in the building across the street from the main hotel - the view was a parking lot. First room was filthy sand all over the floor/ broken lamp/bathroom had hair and hair ties from the last guest/ really unacceptable. They moved us to another room that was a bit cleaner. Staff was nice enough but no manager on site. Evie and Lowell were awesome and tried their best. Management should do better."

"I stood at hotel close to a week. The place its on a great location. A block from the ocean. However despite the great location; the customer service at this hotel is very poor. They dont give you more than 2 towels at a time per day. Be aware, there is an extra hotel charge of about $50 for the hotel amenities. If booking with expedia this is not disclosed somehow.
