PRIVATE POOL - WEEKLY RENTALS ONLY DURING SUMMER MONTHS - THREE NIGHT MINIMUM YEAR ROUND

Hawk's Nest Bay is nestled in North Litchfield less than a 5 minute walk to the beach. Featuring five bedrooms and four bathrooms, this home is great for a family gathering or beach vacation. Bedding accommodations, Downstairs includes a king bedroom with a private bathroom, 2 bedrooms with one featuring a queen and single bed and the other a queen bed (these share a bathroom). Second floor features a queen and single bedroom and a bedroom with a double bed. Both of these bedrooms have a private bathroom. Cable TV is available in the living room, master bedroom and loft. Additional amenities include private swimming pool, wifi, a new central HVAC, Sonos sound system, tankless water heater, fire pit, coffee pot, keurig, washer, dryer, microwave, dishwasher, two outside showers with hot & cold water, screened in porch with new furniture and TV addeed in 2024, and a new gas grill.

This home has a traditional drip coffee pot and a Keurig!

This property includes access to a dedicated premium Low-Speed Vehicle (LSV) from Bluewater Carts for an additional fee through the Journee Golf cart rental system. Great family vacation!

We rented this property for a week for a family vacation - there was plenty of space for everyone, the house was clean, kitchen was well stocked, pool was a great addition for afternoons after the beach, and the location was only a 5 min walk to a great beach. We would definitely stay here again!

We had a great time at Hawksnest! The property was great for our group of 12. The kids loved the pool & it's only a short walk to the beach. The porches & deck were a great place to hang out. We loved it!

Wonderful Family Vacation

This is a great family vacation getaway home. It was spacious, clean and plenty of space to gather for meals and games. Everyone could have their own space or be together. It's a short walk to the beach. If you prefer to stay at the house, the backyard is a fantastic with a pool, cornhole, outdoor seating and a great grill to cookout! The kitchen is well stocked for cooking. The rental company, as well as the homeowners are extremely responsive to any issues. We hope to definitely stay here again!

Awesome rental!

This house has it all. Very clean, comfortable, with all the cooking gear you could possibly need. Excellent location~~close enough to everything but far enough from the crowds. Only a couple blocks and you are on the beach. Great pool, showers and bathroom on the pool level. Would definitely recommend !

Our family with two sets of grandparents and 6 kids, including two under 3, had an absolute blast at this house! Screened in porch, private pool, two tables (one for adults, one for kids) and plenty of bathrooms made this a perfect choice!! We definitely want to stay here again- hopefully year after year!! So close to the beach and very quiet! You cannot go wrong with this beach house!!

Comfort and celebration

Genuine surprise at the spacious great room, dining for 10 comfortable and well equipped kitchen. Bedrooms and showers clean and plenty of hot water. Golf cart fun for exploring and many easy short trips to the beach. Pool a bonus at the end of a busy day and excellent idea having showers and toilet nearby. Highly recommend this delightful house.

Family beach vacation

This was the perfect home for our family’s vacation. Great size and location close to the beach. The open living room and dining floor plan was great for family meals, movies, and play for the kids. We loved the pool, backyard and the porches. We will definitely book this home for our family vacation again.

Perfect Family Getaway

I stayed here with my three siblings, two of their spouses and 7 kids ranging in age from 7-20’s. The home was perfect for our group-we never felt on top of each other and had plenty of enjoyment among the pool, beach, bikes and games. We ate in almost every night of our stay as a large family group and had everything we needed to prep, serve, and cleanup our folks. Plenty of table space for all! The home was clean, well appointed, and well located for access to the beach and store. If anything, the pictures understated the property. I would definitely stay again!!

Hawksnest Bay in April

Property was as advertised. Clean and comfortable. Pool area was great and walk to the beach very short. Property manager was very efficient and helpful although not needed for more than check in and key drop off. Owner stopped by to put out pool furniture and answer any questions. Definitely recommend this property.

Fantastic rental!

The owners have a beautiful house. The pool is amazing! Perfect size and nestled in a beautifully landscaped yard. Plenty of space inside and very well equipped. The rooms are perfect and the kitchen provides everything needed. Thoroughly enjoyed having the covered parking area with outdoor showers. Ideal for washing off after being at the beach. Ample living space and an easy walk to the beach. This rental far exceeded our expectations. Will definitely rent this again. Thank you for sharing your rental with us.
