"We arrived from Canada early in the morning, and although our room was not ready, they did have a room that we could have. There was an additional fee for the early check-in, which we gladly paid. What we did not know was that it was a handicap room, which was not something we needed and, had we known, we would probably have turned it down. We did not partake of their breakfast, but had bought some items and used both the fridge and the microwave oven.

"Excellent location in Glasgow's West End. Close to Hyndland train station, along with retail and restaurants. The flat is well-maintained and clean, with a few exceptions, such as some furnishings that need to be updated. Has a few quirks of an older building, but the kitchen is well-appointed, and the in-unit washing machine is helpful. Communication was timely. "

"Several issues with the booking and stay mean we would not return.
We booked for four days, but the £100 security deposit still had not been released four weeks later despite multiple follow-ups. This has significantly undermined our confidence in the vendor.
The room was not cleaned during our stay, and no fresh towels were provided. More seriously, the owner entered our room unannounced one morning without knocking, which we found alarming and unacceptable. Make of that what you will.
