Award-Winning Luxury Ocean View Condo 275 Yds from the Beach

  • El galardonado Vista de Sirena se encuentra en un tranquilo y aislado pueblo de pescadores a 24 km al sur de Jacó.  El edificio se encuentra en una colina a solo 275 metros de la playa y ofrece una de las vistas más impresionantes del océano a lo largo de toda la costa occidental de Costa Rica.  Disfrute de un corto paseo hasta la playa donde puede descansar en la arena, jugar en las piscinas de marea, bucear, nadar o surfear.  También puede alquilar un tour de pesca de clase mundial en las cercanías de Quepos o Herradura, o unirse a uno de los pescadores locales aquí en Esterillos Oeste.  Las aguas están llenas de Snapper, Jack y una variedad de otros deliciosos pescados.  Un corto recorrido panorámico lo llevará a Jacó para ir de compras, comer y disfrutar de una excelente vida nocturna.  Un viaje de 40 minutos en la dirección opuesta lo llevará a Manuel Antonio, el parque nacional más popular de Costa Rica, donde podrá disfrutar de caminatas y natación y experimentar una diversidad de vida salvaje.

    Cada una de las tres unidades con aire acondicionado del edificio tiene una entrada espaciosa con mucho espacio para dejar tus tablas de surf o cualquier otra cosa que necesites almacenar detrás de puertas cerradas.  En el lado derecho de la pasarela encontrará la entrada a la sala principal, la cocina y el comedor.  En el otro extremo de la sala de estar principal, disfrutará de la vista panorámica del océano a través de la pared de vidrio con grandes puertas correderas que se abren a balcones privados. Para mayor privacidad, cada unidad reside en su propio piso y tiene suites de tres dormitorios. Dos suites cuentan con camas king; la tercera suite tiene una cama queen; Una de las habitaciones tiene una cama completa que se saca de debajo de la cama king para acomodaciones adicionales para dormir. Además, cada habitación cuenta con camas tipo pillow-top con adornos de espuma viscoelástica.  

    La azotea es un lugar ideal para disfrutar de la compañía de amigos cercanos y buena comida mientras se sienta en el bar palapa, descansando en la terraza o nadando en la piscina infinita.

    La unidad del ático viene con algunos lujos adicionales.  La sala de estar principal es considerablemente más grande con más ventanas para mejorar las vistas y un hermoso techo con paneles de teca.  Si desea disfrutar de la cubierta de estar en el interior y aún sentir la brisa del océano, toda la pared orientada hacia el océano se abre y proporciona una entrada espaciosa al balcón.

Everything was perfect! Air conditioning worked well the layout was perfect for our group of 19 adults and 2 children. Jahvy was the best property manager. He was very attentive to our needs, he reccomended places to see and set up our excursions and transportation. If you are not renting a car, I reccomend renting a golf cart as the hill up to the property is steep. Everything was perfect and the views were amazing

Beautiful property! Exceeded all expectations. The property manager was wonderful. He organized chefs, massages, & was very attentive when we had any questions. The property owner was quick to respond and even helped coordinate dinner reservations on the day of arrival for our large group. Highly recommend this property, you won’t be disappointed! Only thing we’d change would have been to stay longer.

Great communication and location for our group.

Our group had an amazing trip! The owner, Dave, was incredibly helpful. He lined up a chef, transportation, excursions and it allowed us to relax and enjoy the vacation. I highly recommend this house.

Awesome stay!

We really enjoyed our time here. We utilized the kitchen, rooftop pool, TV, and everything besides the laundry. We were so comfortable. Jahvi, the Property Manager, was always on standby which was a relief. We would all stay here again!

Large group for bday celebration

Great property for a large group. Javi was amazing, if we had any issues he was right there to help. Almer was also great. They both were so friendly, nice, and very considerate of our time & Space. We would definitely stay here again if we travel with a large group

Spectacular views. Lovely location.

Our group of 10 adults had tonnes of space to spread out and lots of room to get together as a group. It was a short walk to an almost secluded beach. Javier was great! Super attentive and a short 5 minutes away. He arranged a ride for us into Jaco and recommended a restaurant that even delivered our dinner on the first night. We had a blast!

Fantastic place for a big group

This is a great house for a large group of people. Very roomy. Amazing view. Quick 5 minute walk to the beach. A/C and wifi worked well. Super Sol is a quick walk and has everything you need. Walk up the hill is steep and the house has lots of stairs but would recommend without hesitation. Great pizza place nearby. Los Alamandros has great food and if you're looking to surf, Brett's Boards is amazing.l

June 23-29, 2024

Fantastic Stay! We had 3 families with adult kids and 2 16 year olds with a total of 16 people. Everybody had a great time. The house was very clean and the many bedrooms all had private bathrooms. The view from each floor and the rooftop pool area was excellent. We saw monkeys, birds, iguanas (lizards?). Each floor can be locked up individually. Javier was very helpful to us and easy to work with. The beach is a short walk. Easy driving to Jaco and Miguel Antonio park for activities. Big tip- close by is Restaurant Los Almendros, it is outstanding and less expensive than the patio which is closer. A hidden gem. It is up on a hill but i easily drove the gravel road eith a 12 person toyota van. No suv needed. Overall great stay- We had a blast! Matt F.

You can leave spending more money than you pay.

I would not return to this house in my life, they stole our belongings from all of us. It was noticeable from the beginning that the person in charge of the house looked suspicious (OIJ report submitted) The administration of the house knows these points and takes advantage of this. Incidentally, the insurance does not cover anything.

All we can say is WOW !

We stayed at this beautiful home for a week December 27 until Jan 3rd 2025. We are a family of 15, eight adults and 7 grandkids from ages 20 to 9. We had a blast. Lots of room for everyone. The village of Estellios Oeste was exactly what we were looking for, I wanted our family to experience the culture of the real Costa Rica, We found ourselves immersed in the real Costa Rica and the families that live there. Unbelievably friendly and welcoming. We enjoy meals together and this home is well equipped for families who would like to prepare their own meals. The village has wonderful restaurants that we went to several times as well. Everyone commented how comfortable the beds were, and how functional the home was for large groups. Your eyes will shine when you first see this place. Unbelievable !!Javi the house manager is always there to make sure everything is working and our needs are met. The owner David is just a phone call away to answer any questions you might have. For the kids, the beach is … yes unbelievable too….safe, clean, huge, and probably the nicest beach we have been too. We even saw newly hatched turtles making their way to the ocean. I should also mention William and Chiri for excellent fishing experiences. Incredible Views & Excellent location

We had a large party so we were able to rent out the whole place, plenty of rooms and very spacious with all required amenities. One thing to keep in mind is anything can happen when traveling internationally and it’s best to have a open mindset. It makes the entire experience that much more enjoyable. I’d recommend this for anyone who’s looking to spend a few days in Jaco area.

Excellent for birthday celebration

We had an amazing time in Esterillos. The owner David was super helpful with tips before we arrived and Javier the property manager made everything easy for us once we arrived. The layout of the house made it easy to accommodate our big group. The big roof terrace had a nice pool and excellent views. Playa Esterillos is gorgeous. It goes on forever and the clientele was very family oriented.

Great first experience in Costa Rica

Wonderful home, located near the beach and local restaurants, convenient Super Sol, and centrally located to a lot of day trips (Playa Herradura, Jaco, Manuel Antonio, Surf lessons, etc.) Javi was a great site manager and helped a lot with planning activities and ensuring a smooth stay.

Trip of a lifetime

We took all our children and grandchildren on this trip because my husband has stage 4 cancer and we wanted to make memories. And we made some incredible memories. The place was gorgeous. The property manager could not have been more helpful and fun. The people, the climate, the food were all so wonderful. The views were breathtaking. Thanks so much.

Excellent host with a beautiful home

Dave went over and above to help our four families fully enjoy our time in Costa Rica! His home is beautiful, the views were amazing, and the sound of the crashing waves with the local wildlife were magical! We all fell in love with Esterillos Oeste - more authentic feel than other areas we were considering. Nicely positioned to take advantage of some adventure activities! This will not be our only visit to Dave’s beautiful place!
