"The location is great, very close to all the nice shops on Exeter street, just across from the Boston Public Library. The staff were excellent, very helpful and polite. Be aware the hotel is an older property and they have chosen to maintain the same esthetic, so it has that old school hotel vibe. Bed was super comfortable, A/C was very cold, liked the pillow, had bathrobes, ironing board and iron for guest use. Big bathroom with a tub."

"This was an interesting hotel and if you have any experience of the raffles brand elsewhere then I would recommend be prepared. The venue is central but overlooking an 8storey multi story car park and rather cramp rooms was not really value add. The suite on the other hand in higher floors were. A butler system which I must say working off some mediocre phone prompts just doesn’t cut it . One looses the will to live when saying I need a shaving kit and al you get back is “is there something else...

"First we were given a room thatsmelled smoking. The room was changed but the new room had a cockroach in the carpet. And the blower did not worked in the bathroom. No airport transfer nor to the metro station like other hotels in the area."

The hotel is centrally located within walking distance to shops at Newbury street and with the T right next door. The lobby was well designed with ample areas for lounging, dining or just spending time with other guests. I loved the vibe. I would definitely stay here on my next visit to Boston."

"The staff was exceptionally helpful and welcoming. Rooms were spacious and clean, and housekeeping was very responsive. Breakfast can be provided in room or in the lobby, so please be aware that there is no common dining area. The quality and quantity of food was great-- well worth it!
