"The room was extremely dirty. The towels appeared only partially clean, the curtains were stained, and the bathtub was filthy. There was hair in the bed when we arrived, which made us question the overall cleanliness of the room. The pool was also filled with sand and poorly maintained. The complimentary breakfast was very limited, consisting mostly of juice and bread items, and guests were required to eat in the breakfast area. The entrance is on the side of the building which was not easily visible at night. The bathroom towel rod was rusty and the drain in the shower was lower than the shower floor which made the floor uneven. The TV service was very slow. There was no dinner option at the restaurant as advertised."

"Loved sitting on the patio in the evening and watching the ships and sailboats. Easy to get downtown and so many unique shops. Loved rain water shower head and soft towels and wash rags. The bed and pillows were like sleeping on a cloud and felt so good after shopping all day! The breakfast was made with care and very tasty. Staff were all very helpful and friendly."

"Es gibt nichts an dieser wunderschönen Unterkunft auszusetzen. Dass es in diesen alten Häuser hellhöriger ist, müsste einem klar sein. Hier wurde Altes mit Modernem super kombiniert! Die Gastgeberin ist sehr nett und hilft bei allen Fragen, so gut sie kann. Man wohnt nah an den beliebtesten Ecken und hat auch noch einen kostenlosen Parkplatz 👌"

Negatives: VERY NOISY! We checked out a day early due to the noise. The site is surrounded by bars playing loud music. This went on not only at night, but it also sounded like they were remodeling during the day, but I think this was just them cleaning up after last night and restocking in the morning. The room...

"I always stay in Hampton Inn in Florida, this one was a little disappointing, the room wasn’t clean, the carpet was dirty and felt sticky and dirty. The property is not well maintained, they can do better, Hampton Inn usually has a much better standards, I felt like it was a cheap hotel / motel, didn’t like it this time. Hampton Inn / Hilton can do better. The staff was friendly, but the room really need to be updated and clean."

"The inn is old but what do you expect from the oldest nation.Its smack in the middle of the historic district, you step out and your right in it. Barbara was our staff person and was absolutely lovely and accommodating. We enjoyed it so much that we booked our next weekend with them during our visit"
