"My room with private bath and kitchenette was very nicely decorated and clean. These are older structures which is part of their charm. This is West Texas after all. A/C and heating unit kept the interior very comfortable. Some days were hot, some cold during my visit. "Door was not easy to lock with doorknob lock and that was an issue since there was no deadbolt. No person at location for check in. It took a trip across town to get a room key from the desk guy of another hotel. Rustic is the vibe they were shooting for, but I would just call the overall condition old and tired. Expedia would not let me post the picture I took of the chair in the room that looked more like a refugee from a landfill that a piece of hotel furniture."

"The building looked like an vintage travel park but the interior was completely updated withe the latest. Breakfast had a jimmy dean sandwich foe my husband and yogurt and fresh fruit for my tastes."

"The accommodation was nice and clean. We were able to check in a bit early which was nice. The AC unit in the bedroom is a bit loud and ticks when it kicks on, but it was nice and cool in the hot weather. Ample supplies in the kitchen for coffee, and bathroom toiletries for the night. Overall a great experience."
