"Stayed here a couple of times and I dig the spot"

"Full kitchen but no utensils or dishes. Safe for solo female traveler, no issues with vehicle safety in the lot. They do allow pets so it smelled a little like dogs, but the room was clean."

"Pool closed for the Season. "

"Highly recommend. Nice cozy home with plenty of activities for the kids. If ever in area again will definitely book"

"We stayed here on a visit for our 91 year old grandfathers birthday who lives just a few blocks away. We normally grab 4 hotel rooms, but last time there was a large wedding party that partied in the hallways way into the night. This seemed like a good alternative, but could not more have turned out to be the BEST alternative… the ONLY disappointment was that we’d not stayed here every Memphis visit before now. You e already read how immaculate and beautiful the home is. There were a couple of...

"Huge fan in the lobby for air but it Smelled of cigarette smoke. The room was seedy with stuff splatted on the walls. Loud fan in bathroom and bot enough light. The toulet didnt flush every day I went to the front desk about it. Unfortunately it wasnt resolved!!"

"The home was just as described! It was very comfortable and felt like home away from home. It was clean and had everything I needed for my stay. The hosts were welcoming and made sure my stay went smoothly. The communication was great! I definitely recommend this property if you’re in the Memphis area!"

"The house was great! Took a group to Mempho fest. Had plenty of space for ten of us. Location was also great easy access to stores and the venue. We Plan to stay there again. Also Hampton was a great host. Responded quick with any requests"

"Loved this little spot. Clean and easy to access but also hidden in its own little world. The front gate has a smaller parking lot so all trucks or bigger suvs must park in the back lot. They have a convenient vending machine with drinks. They also have a washer/dryer (no change needed paid by phone) which made it super convenient when needed. Some nice and cute things they had was a grill, outside sitting area, ice machine and cute string lights all around. When needing more towels or items...

"Yard unkept, weeds as tall as me. Should say it’s a duplex in the narrative because that was a surprise. Hair in bed and all over bathroom. Booked for 4 nights and left after one night."

"Great location and accommodations."

"Great, safe house in a nice location. Host is very pleasant and responsive. I would stay there again."

"Property was booked when I arrived and I had no room then got the run around when I tried to reach hist for a refund, still haven't received it"

"It was a very nice stay. Would stay again if in the area."

"We rented the property so we could have a close place to a collierville. Everything was less than a 10 minute drive. It made the trip great for our family."

"Good value considering everything included like free parking and WiFi. It suited my needs while traveling nicely."
