"The motel exterior looks run down and could use some updating. The check in office if old, cluttered and messy. Not very appealing. That said, the room was updated, clean and nicely appointed. The carpeting was new, tables and trim around the room were new. There was updated outlets by bed and near TV, which is always a plus. "The check in process took a long time, but checkout was very quick. The toiletries provided were not good—only shampoo and a small bar soap. The parking was also a bit irritating. Otherwise, easy stay and close to the arena which is what I needed."

"Hotel is older and staffed at a minimum. Long check in lines and 2 of the 4 elevators were not working. Staff was very friendly and the room was clean. Was there for a concert at OSU and did not want to spend $1000 per night on a hotel room. So for what we paid we realized it was about as good as we were going to get. "
