"Paid 20 a night for parking and there was no parking we had to park a block away in a parking lot with a bunch of people that were having a random parking lot party. It was uncalled for. Bedding had stains, no soap in the bottles in the bathroom, and were stingy with blankets when we asked for extra."

"Clean room, they ACTUALLY cleaned after the first night AT REQUEST though. Staff was lovely. No Breakfast which is Wack. No Continental breakfast which is even more wack. And parking sucks, $50 a night for parking is highway robbery. Parking should be included for All guests at least 1 space come & go!!! I was informed that there's extra charges for come & go parking which is like being held Hostage. It's NOT A GOOD Feeling to be charged money to come & go from parking. Most humans are from out...

"Great hotel in a very convenient location. After my flight was delayed in San Francisco, I was able to take a direct train to the hotel with ease. The location was excellent, and the staff were incredibly friendly, welcoming, and helpful throughout my stay. I would definitely stay here again."

Room was clean as well but the only thing I didn't like was the size of the kitchenette cabinets above the sink. To big and to low , acces to the sink was limited."

"The parking lot security gate would randomly not open, Forcing me to block the street sidewalk and get out of the car and push a different button to alert the manager of my situation. He was extremely difficult to communicate with due to his heavy accent. I would not recommend staying here!"
