"Great breakfast. The room was smelly. We had to open the window. Dog rooms are the worst. I slept with my service dog there and got a much nicer room."

I would stay again for the convenience (location, speed of check in and out, complimentary breakfast). Would be nice to be asked if assistance with luggage was needed (at least to the lobby) or a brief verbal explanation of the location of the amenities and not just written on a piece of paper."

"Very accommodating to early check in request. A very cosy little cottage just a tiny bit on the small side. Two suitcases - not a lot of space to have them both open. Very clean, great area - peaceful and beautiful grounds - views were lovely. Would def stay there again if in Victoria. Was not able to take advantage of the breakfast unfortunately, but the menu looked delicious!"

"Loved the updated room with kitchen dining table, and nice view of water and dock. Room service was prompt and food warm and plentiful. My only dings were the underground parking which was hard to navigate and where we parked the trunk on our car hit a pipe and sustained a defect in paint. The other thing was the small toiletries for shower."

"We had nice spacious junior suite. Carpet had a few stains and the shower head was old and had little water pressure. Other than that, it was a comfortable stay. Nice and close to a lot amenities. Staff were very friendly."

"Great service! Very clean! My only issue was that when the people in the rooms around you turned the water on for a shower or a bath is was REALLY loud! Really loud. It actually woke me up from a deep sleep when someone nearby turned the water on for a shower. And it was loud for the entirety of the shower. It was bad enough that I would think twice before staying there again."
