"Very nice accommodations for the price. The hotel was modern and clean, and the breakfast was an upgrade from the typical “breakfast included” hotels, also the fitness room was higher grade. The staff was super friendly and helpful. I had also stayed at Element in Iowa City, it was very similar and I had a positive experience there as well. I’ll look to stay at Element hotels in the future. "

"Only one night stay but could've stayed longer! Poolside was great and there was cool people that were staying as well. Room was comfortable and perfect for solo travel or couples. I will return!"

"Room is clean, staff is friendly, outdoor pool is good size, around the area is open space and 4 closed gate by 4 corners. Also 10 minutes from the attractions , like Hole in the rock, zoo , papago park and Desert Botanical Garden"

"Room update was nice, but too much light came through the blinds, needs blackout curtains. Soooo much noise from the road, had to play sound all night to drown out the noise. The road sign "Baymont" was very hard to see at night and the hotel is changing names so the lighted signed on the building said "K" which made it hard to figure out we were at the right place.The room next door started fighting at 3 AM and didnt stop till 4ish. Overall I guess we got what we paid for, but wont return or...

"Every staff member was very nice and professional!! They made our stay very pleasant. The breakfast was very good and coffee was delicious!! Thank you for the non diary coffee creamers!! Food attendant was excellent!! She kept everything stocked and fresh!"

"The check in took hours and I was forced to get any room in a rush in order to dont miss my meetings in town. I got a double when I book a king. Very bad night. Folks from the frontdesk (Felix) tought tha giving us free breakfast will ease the situation. Bad experience for me and my wife. Ah, I coudnt add my Marriot points as well. Nightmare"

"Property seems like it is new and is in good condition. Traveling as a family of four the room with two double beds and a pullout was quite small. The rooms do not have queen beds. They are truly double beds. We ended up getting another room to fit our family better. Breakfast was decent and the location was close to the airport, but not too close that it was noisy. "

"Traveler beware. This is an airport hotel which I booked for 2 reasons. Airport shuttle and an onsite restaurant in the food desert around Phoenix airport. I waited 1 hour for the airport shuttle in 100 degree heat. You call and no one answers. Call again and if someone picks up you get confusing instructions and rudeness if you ask any questions. And then you wait. And wait. The onsite restaurant is basic bar food and ridiculously overpriced for what it is. Drinks the same. Stay away. ...

"Weird hotel. Hard to explain but wouldn't stay again. Nice patios but if you have loud neighbors, not good. And everytime someone opens or closes the smaller pool gates, which is constant, also noisy. The inside felt like a cruiseship casino. Dark and obnoxious decorating. Many better options. Also about a 12-15 minute walk from anything in Old Town. "

"The room was clean and cool. I loved the rooftop but it is hard to access as only one elevator goes up there and the wrong one comes often when you call them to go up. Also, propane was out in all of the table fire pits. Except one that went out after our first night. The pool firepit worked and was nice. Gym was cool and organized. Staff was absolutely friendly and helpful from the front desk to Leo in housekeeping. I would stay again. Perfect location and area."
