"Breakfast was excellent. We loved the grind and brew coffee available 24 hours a day in the lobby. The room was clean and bed was so comfortable! Parking was readily available and felt safe. Staff members were friendly and helpful. Dove toiletries were nice and bathroom was spacious. "

"The room was not clean: The toilet had urine stains, the shower was dingy and needed to be bleach cleaned. The towels were thread-bare. The door did not open and shut properly, the laminate flooring was bubbling and coming up from the sub floor. The microwave was dirty and had no glass turning tray. I spilled water and cleaned it up and the Kleenex was brown afterward meaning they don’t mop the floors. Asked for more Kleenex and they didn’t have any. Free Continental Breakfast: No hot food,...

"There were ants in the bathroom, electrical outlets were not able to hold charging cords for phones/devices, one outlet was hanging out of the wall, lamp bulb was burned out or just not working, no hot water out of sink to wash my face (lukewarm only). I cancelled a future visit that was pre-booked. "

"This felt like a very clean, high-quality and well maintained hotel. Check-in was incredibly quick; the room was spacious, well maintained, modern and clean; the breakfast was standard for this brand and the pool was very nice as well."

"The staff was friendly and accommodating. We had to check out by 5am and they gave us a grab-and-go breakfast bag. They also accommodated my request for a top floor. Very comfortable room and linens. On-site Parking was available. "

"The pool area was great. It had like an oasis in the city all kinds of pretty flowers and plants clean comfortable. The whole place was was just great. Never went in the hot tub though, but we will be back if we go to Phoenix again thank you."

"We had a wonderful stay at the Hotel Valley Ho. We loved the room, the grounds, the pool areas and the restaurant food was excellent . The staff was wonderful too. It was easy to walk into old town and the many restaurants and shops in the area."
