Parc del Poble de Mesa

WEAR socks or slippers. The floor in the unit was dirty, I had dirt on my feet after several hours. The staff accommodated my early check-in request. There should be 4 elevators, they have 2. Can be a long wait during peak traffic times. No luggage assistance available if needed. Overall I thought this property was a good 3 star type property. I would stay there again if the price is right.

What a beautiful place the Fairmont Austin is. We had two separate reservations due to one being a family event, and one for a birthday. They were able to accommodate it and make sure that the room did not need to be moved. Also they surprised us with a cake and drinks to celebrate the birthday. I will highly recommend this place to anyone who wants to visit Austin.
