"Jim was a wonderful host! Everything was clean and as pictured. The outdoor space was great to relax in and my kids LOVED the tee-pee! Very comfortable and relaxing. An extra bonus was having Bluebear the friendly dog there, great biking and hiking nearby, and Zoka's restaurant for dinner."

"The cabin was nice and clean, very cozy! It’s very nice if you’re looking for that country feel. It’s also about 15min away from a great coffee and bakery and a good bar with nice staff. "I stayed here for 2 weeks while in Denver on business. The apartment is well appointed with everything you might need. The kitchen has a small fridge and a microwave, and all the dishes you would need. There is no stove. The living room is comfortable and the couch pulls out to make a queen size bed. The bathroom is very nice with a large walk in shower. All toiletries, towels and linens are provided as expected. The house is close to everything you need. Thanks for the great stay!"

"My friend and I had a wonderful stay at the Cozy Cabin. Enjoyed the peacefulness of the space and surroundings. It is was so wonderful to have found a dog friendly place that was perfectly appointed. We never used the car, just enjoyed hikes and runs on the surrounding dirt roads. Such a perfect getaway place close to the City."

"The parking is quite impossible as there is a very steep hillside with large rocks that only a 4/4 could get up. Getting inside was also an issue for us. If you are older, I’ll or disabled in anyway don’t rent this home! Tons of stairs and steep slopes."
