"This is our third time staying here. The property is charming and unique. It is located near the heart of the city and so much can be reached by walking down Franklin St. and the adjacent neighborhoods staring at the rich collection of antique homes. Nice common areas, a fully stocked kitchen and plenty of coffee help the quests meet and chat. Check-in is easy. Off street parking that is in a locked and gated lot behind the building is a big plus. We will stay again. "

"Aloft was wonderful. It’s a little tricky to find. You have to pull into the parking lot, then take 1 bank of elevators up to the lobby. Then there is a separate bank of elevators to your room. Valet parking is $40. Self parking is $26 for 24 hours. We were just there for the night so it was $13 for us. If you do self park you pay every time you go in and out of the garage. "The hotel was fantastic. My wife and I went out for snacks in the evening, and the area around the park was a bit scary. Not the hotel's fault. But maybe a snack shop inside the hotel would help. Otherwise, the stay was great. The staff especially stood out as friendly and helpful."

"Property was amazing! Great spot right in downtown Cleveland. We were upgraded to a suite for our stay and it was an amazing experience! Caden at the front desk is a gem and every other staff member was kind and attentive. Would definitely recommend staying here if ever in the area again. "

"The location of this hotel really cannot be beaten. If you are looking to be in the downtown area without the headache of parking downtown and the astronomical pricing, this is the hotel for you as its just a short drive to downtown Cleveland. Our room was clean and comfortable and we liked that there was free hot coffee, muffins, Danish, fruit, yogurt etc. in the morning. Free WIFI and parking was great as well. This will be my go to hotel anytime I need to be in the Cleveland area. "

"The staff is the most friendly staff on the planet! If I could, I would give the staff 20 stars. Our room was amazing with a view of the public square at night. The square has a sort of light show at night. We had breakfast in the restaurant and the food was delicious. The hotel is beautiful and clean. "After a long drive, the Kimpton Schofield was a welcome sight. We opted for the overnight valet parking, and it was a worthwhile expense. The valet staff was helpful and made the check-in process smooth. We used the drink tickets we received at the hotel's restaurant, Betts. The food was surprisingly good, and the live music and bar with sports on were a nice bonus after staying at some less-than-stellar places off the highway. "This hotel feels like it is slept on in downtown Cleveland and really is a great find! Right across the street from Rocket Arena, and a 5 minute walk to East 4th. The nearby dining options are great. Room was clean, comfortable bed, and lots of space to store items away in the room. The Keurig with a variety of pods to choose from was a nice touch.
