"Luxurious. I stayed in 3 IHG hotels on this trip and all were well managed and operated. This is a 5-star for sure, BUT it is located in a developing area. "Excelente el hotel, el personal siempre esta disponible para ayudar por cualquier duda o problema que uno pudiera tener. Las instalaciones y desayuno de primer nivel. Lo único que no fue del todo cómodo es que no pude hacer bajar la temperatura de la habitación la que llegaba a un mínimo de 23 C.... También tuve el inconveniente que las llaves magnéticas se me borraron dos veces por lo que tuve que devolverme del ascensor a la recepcion (queda bastante lejos)."

"My buddy and I had a very pleasant stay. Hotel staff were helpful and cooperative. Nothing was too difficult for them even with their limited spoken English although my buddy speaks mandarin. Housekeeping efficient and helpful. Dongdajie station on Line 2 from the airport and taxi ride from this station is less than 10mins from hotel. On return to airport you may have to alight at one of the stations along this line and wait for train to the airport as not all trains terminate at the airport....

"17yuan trip from the train station, close to universities and right beside a brand new mall with three floors of restaurants and some fun little shops. Far from old Zhengzhou so a 30 minute taxi ride costing about 45 yuan. Staff did not speak any English so there was some confusion even using Google translate but the room was clean and the beds were nice and soft so we were satisfied. "

"I spent 2 nights here..One of the Reception staff (Tchai) does not speak english but very friendly. Most reception staff are young & use their personal phone messaging translator app to communicate english. Not a newly built hotel, room smaller than expected, but ok. Chinese Food restaurants are on many on the street, a mini-seat around park nearby. Nearest local subway station is Wenmiao station"
