"Honestly, the east wing was three stars max, rather than 4 as listed, even Holiday Inn would have been a better option. The property was quite outdated — furnishings, fixtures, and overall condition all showed significant wear.
One of the biggest issues was the temperature. The room was uncomfortably cold, and the air conditioning system did not provide heating at all. This made the stay quite unpleasant, especially at night. When I reached out to the staff for assistance, they were...
