"Comfortable place to settle in for the night after a long day of driving. Wish there was heating in the rooms. Parking is easy but 1 bathroom/toilet is challenging for 5 of us. Nonetheless overall a pleasant stay!"

"We were misled by the photos of the property that included all of the units. Instead of a king with a Tub, we found ourselves with a queen with a shower. The window coverings were broken, and the unit smelled like a cheap apartment. It was relatively clean and we did stay there."

"The room was really nice but our view was horrible (our balcony faced another building) the shower pressure was poor and even with the aircon on the whole time the room stayed boiling hot for some reason.
The hotsprings were beautiful I 100% recommend, although the water in most of the pools was way too hot 😂.
The bathhouse should definitely be included with a stay at the hotel.
The staff were lovely, the coffee at the restaurant was good but pricey.
