"Elevator was working on the day of check in and after that it was out of service. They did not fix it the next day or two. I was given the room in 5th floor and i had to use stair for all 5 floors to carry breakfast and luggages etc every day for almost 4-5 times(stayed for 2 days). While checking out, i carried suitcases from top floor. TV channels was no working inside the room. I used the cast only. It would be great if i can get any refund."

"Great spot to stay! Comfy, updated, and right by the Alamo! Parking down there can be tricky and costly, but the whole of the hotel was excellent! Parking is just a note to all who don't think to include that in a downtown setting. I didn't. The hotel was just great though."

"Pros: Breakfast included, afternoon meal and drinks included, parking garage available, comfortable beds, clean rooms, excellent location. Cons: Toilets did not flush well and the bathroom was tiny. Parking garage was difficult to drive and park in. Due to a sports event and tour guides with loud microphones, it was very noisy until at least 11 PM. The hotel has no control over this, but if this will bother you, you should check whether there will be sporting events during your stay."

"Check in was really easy and quick. Corner rooms are really nice. No balcony but window views down to the San Antonio Riverwalk. Shower is huge with rainfall shower head and regular shower head also. Large tv. Bed was comfortable. Did not eat at the restaurant but had bar food and drinks at the outdoor portion of Otro Bar on the 3rd floor, drinks and food were really good. Hotel has easy access to street level and Riverwalk level through the restaurant on the RW floor. Valet parking is...
