"The staff is very friendly. Bathrooms and shower room were shared but there is an easy system to make sure no one is in each others way. Room was very spacious, great amenities, gave good recommendations for dinner and things to do. Free coffee and tea in the morning. Would stay again (plus the cat visited each night and was adorable). "

"Such an amazing stay! We had no idea there was such a cute town only a short walk away. The food was delicious and staff was attentive. Loved our stay here would highly recommend!! "

"We suppose there was two buildings for this bnb which is B-1&B-2, but it’s not! It was a one building separated 2 parts, therefore, the house was very small, the toilet was super small. No coffee or any tea bags provided, have to pay for washing machine. It’s not user friendly for guests. "

"Very handy hotel right next to the train station, it covers just about all your possible needs! In my opinion definitely recommended!"

"The fully contained apartment was a pleasure to stay in. It was private, comfortable and uniquely Japanese.for a split level space. There were plenty of futon beds and the kitchen had all that we needed. The attic bedroom was comfortable but does not have standing room. Thank you for a unique Japanese stay."

"Its a little bit of a hike going to the inn so be aware not to bring big luggages. I did read the previous review and had only my overnight bag and that helps a lot. The inn itself is pretty clean, the staff were accomodating and I was able to book the private onsen. Its a nice place to relax after a long day of walking around hakone"

"立駐の3階に車を止めたので急な外階段をスーツケースを持って降りなければならないのは、ちょっと大変でしたが、ホテル自体はフロントの感じ良し、清潔感良しで、大浴場で旅の疲れをとることができました。朝食はフルーツとヨーグルトが無かったのが残念でしたが、種類も程よく、美味しかったです。"

"We (a couple) had a wonderful time in this very nice Ryokan. We stayed 2 days. The food was delicious and of high quality, the private onsen as well as the public mixed awesome very enjoyable. I would highly recommend Yusakaso and thank you so much for this unforgettable experience! Arigato gozaimasu! "

"Wonderful hotel tucked away with gorgeous views! Close walk to bus stop and the train, you’ll just have to prepare to walk uphill a lot lol the onsen is amazing, we used the outdoor one every night. There aren’t many people so both hubby and I had the onsen to ourselves each time! It’s such a peaceful place, it’s where we ended our Japan trip. Just know that restaurants and shops close early (like 5-7pm!) and the busses also stop around 10 so eat early. We got the executive suite, so so worth it...
