"Property is huge and tons of amenities. However, bed sheets were dirty and had to call to have the bed linens changed. The fire department was called and we were evacuated… and since that night, there was a continuous beeping in the next-door room that was heard through the walls. It was terrible. The room did not have any cold water. The lighting was awful. If you’re planning on working in this room, it’s impossible. The pool was not maintained. It was really dirty and cloudy and one night...

"Dirty sticky floor, old sticky furniture, damp and musty sheets, no coffee, no kleenex, no hand towels. We were misled by Expedia ratings and comments. Very old delapidated inn with beautifully updated lobby which is the picture shown. Yes, It was under $100 dollars but I would have paid more if the ratings were truthful. Would not recommend it at all. Go next door to JCInn"

"I stayed here for 6 days and it was amazing. Easy check in and easy check out, they had a really nice pool and the property had so many shops and restaurants walking distance. Also I didn’t get hit with any hidden fees everything was straight forward and open communication. 10/10 would recommend"

"We have stayed at this hotel countless times while traveling to Disney. We love its safe and convenient location. The breakfast that is included is the best and my kids love the Mickey waffles! The pool is definitely a highlight as well. My boys love the water slide! There are stores and restaurants within close proximity to the hotel which makes it a great location. We love that it is also so close to the parks. This one is our go-to every time we visit Orlando."

"Booked thru Expedia. When I arrived they advised my reservation had been moved to TownPlace suites next door. That was OK. Over there I was checked into a very nice suite that was being worked on, so had to go back and get a new room. Just a lot of running around at 9pm. The hotel was clean, had tons of space and the restaurant onsite was also good. But didn't actually stay at SprinHill..."

"I liked my stay but I was upset about the fact that at night around 10PM some lady knock at our door and we obviously didn’t answer since we were sleeping and she opened the door and said did u request pillows? I was very mad at this because why would she open the door at the middle of the night WE WERE SLEEPING very scary and inappropriate"

"Amazing Disney resort. High-end with great decor. Loved free shuttle to Disney Parks and close enough to walk to Epcot and Hollywood Studios. Only downside … Although I’m a Bonvoy Silver member, wifi should have been free. However, since I didn’t book direct through Marriott, I couldn’t access free wifi. Refused to pay for wifi out of principle as a Bonvoy member."
