"Management was very quick in taking care of an issue we had Wigan we first arrived regarding our reserved accommodations. The entire staff was fantastic, everybody super friendly and made us feel welcomed.
Food was very good, this time around I did not drink alcohol so can not rate their Cocktails.
My only suggestion is to ensure the music played during the day for activities and such must be changed daily at it can get very unpleasant to hear over and over the same music. Same with the DJ...

"Hossam is a wonderful host, makes sure there are foods and drink and what ever you ask for.
Nice room and great pool and beach.

"Ottimo resort. Personale accogliente e gentile. Camera spaziosa, pulita e con tutto il necessario. Ristoranti a buffet vario. Ristorante italiano ottimo. Ristorante orientale particolare. Due belle piscine. Spiaggia bellissima e sempre pulita. Servizio navetta buono anche se a piedi dal resort ci vogliono solo 10 minuti.
Acquapark fantastico sia per adulti che per bambini.
Animazione presente e non invadente."

"Vi var väldigt nöjda med vår vistelse på Jasmin Palace. Hotellet är riktigt familjevänligt och personalen var otroligt trevlig och hjälpsam. Maten höll hög kvalitet med ett brett utbud av rätter att välja mellan

"Min bästa semaester någonsin tack vare en underbar hotellanlägning med mycket trevlig och snäll personal som gör allt för att gästerna skall bli nöjda.
Vackert välstädat rum vid polen med bra ac.
God mat, mycket att välja på, bra service i restaurangerna.
Underbar strand med korallrev att snorkla på. Bra underhållning på hotellet.
Inget som saknades, dessutom mycket bra pris för all inkl, bara maten var värd pengarna. Negativt var att man inte får ha gäster när man bor på hotellet, dina vänner...

"There was some misunderstanding during our check-in. Which took approximately 2 hours before we could get access to our room. Beside the inconvenience we faced during our check-in, our stay was good. We stayed in a renovated area close to a swimming pool with different types of restaurants. We visited several a-la cart restaurants. We recommend the Indian and the international restaurants.
The food in the main restaurant was good, it included variety of options such as meat, fish and seafood....

"The staff was amazing, the location was amazing, the cleanliness was amazing, the food was fresh and really good, they have multiple pool options which was really nice coz it never got crowded, the had different shows which was entertaining. The only downside which isn’t their fault I guess but we didn’t like the private beach the water felt really dirty and gross but again we didn’t care because we just used the pools instead which were amazing!!"
