"Quiet and clean!"

"This was a great house! Everything was great. I would only say the carpet needed cleaning."

"Clean"

"Property is conveniently located in a quiet area just a few minutes from downtown Cedar City. Great communication from host - even proactively notified us of potential power outages due to wildfire risk."

"Super clean, very comfortable place to stay while enjoying the Shakespeare Festival. Would definitely stay there again."

"We loved this home!!! It is even more beautiful in person. The location was gorgeous with well placed windows and the patio to enjoy the surroundings even when inside. We LOVED the two spacious living areas with room for our group to spread out and enjoy relaxing, playing games and pool and enjoying our time together. And the hosts were super easy and great to communicate!"

"The house was everything we wanted and more. Jenn, the host was always available for any questions that we had. The house was immaculate very clean and centrally located to the university and the town. One of the best places we have stayed at will definitely be staying here again when we’re in the area."
