"The floor washroom had hair on the floor. Maybe it was the mop that was used but there were at least 10 strands. The washrooms always have a funny smell as well.
Beds are comfy, location is good and I like that there is free parking. Breakfast options are basic."

"My locked vehicle was broken into during our stay. When it was reported to the front desk staff she explained that although they have cameras they couldn’t do anything about it and unfortunately it happens all the time. Especially concerning as after we checked in we were walked out to the parking lot and told specifically where to park, will never use this Best Western again."

"The room itself was fine, pretty clean. However, there were a couple things that made our experience less than satisfactory. First of all, our shower did not work. There was no water coming out no matter what we did. There were also a couple black moldy areas in the grout. Second, there was no sound proofing in the room; we could hear the shower coming from the room beside us as well as the laundry room from a couple doors down. Third, the heater in our room took a little troubleshooting....

"There was a bird rotting on the balcony next to us. Bird droppings all over the balconies. Balcony door wasn’t sealed very well. It almost sounded like our bed was placed right on Young Street’s sidewalk.
Room was cold/no heat, staff had only one solution which was a portable heater and more blankets. Thermostat wouldn’t generate any heat period.
The bathroom had allot of long black hair’s behind both toilet and door. The bathroom vent/fan grill was disguising
The mattress was sucking...

"Pod Inn Toronto was clean, comfortable, and surprisingly well-equipped for such an affordable stay. I enjoyed the common area, appreciated the simple free breakfast, and liked having a workspace available.
The main downside is that privacy and security are fairly limited. The pod entrance is just a pull-down blind with no lock, luggage is stored in a shared open area, and women's facilities are limited to one washroom with two showers. Towels also cost an extra $10 to rent, so bring your own if...
