"Friendly well equipped hotel for travellers."

"No shower gel or soap in the bathroom. House keeping should check on the bottles of gel everyday. Room service was ok, but I won’t come back. I phoned front desk and house keeping numbers for several minutes and no one ever answer. Poor service ! "

"Very friendly, yet professional staff, also very efficient, the room was exceptionally clean, in all areas and all the room facilities were excellent........there was an excellent choice for breakfast, catering for everyone, everything was fresh, the cooked food was hot and a great choice of drinks, hot and cold.......we didn't use the bar, but it looked very clean with a good range of drinks.......all in all a very enjoyable stay and we'll definitely be back, thank you. "The restaurant was lovely and the staff very friendly. The food was good value for money. We went to Wentworth Woodhouse Flower Show and it is a very easy walk. There is also a large garden centre very near. There was plently of parking at the property and the bedroom was huge. Very good place to stay."

"Everything was excellent and the room was lovely apart from one member of staff in the restaurant who didn’t seem like she was interested or could be bothered with the job. When one of us ordered the mixed grill in the restaurant she asked how we wanted it and then we had to find out what she meant and finally she said it was the steak, rather than just asking how we wanted the steak cooked. Also as a separate note we asked what beers you had on draught and were asked if we meant beer or lager...
