Was a cheap room and did the job. The pillows were extremely thin though which made it super hard to actually get comfortable. These really need replacing. It's not even a case of soft or hard. they're just empty! Lot of dust around including on the bed so guessing something dirty was put on there after it was cleaned. Whole place could do with bit of a deep clean but for the price we paid we really can't complain much

Checked in, straight to our room, we were tired from the long journey so tried to get to sleep. However found dirty marked sheets that looked like a skid mark. Black bits on the flat sheet. Three unspecified stains on the carpet, one which was bright pink. A used nicotine snuz that was dry so would’ve been there a while that was near the bed. Blood marks near the toilet roll in the bathroom and the bathroom door was coming off its hinges.

Clean room & Clean inside overall. The member of staff on duty on Saturday was extremely helpful. Appliances need to be checked for safety & other guests should remember to close doors carefully especially after 11pm. All in all a good stay & cool room very welcome on a hot weekend.

Arriving at hotel outside looked a bit worn. But when i entered the hotel i could see it was under a refurbishment, this did not affect my stay, as the rooms were great, large bed, tv very clean bathroom. I would definatly stay again

I went in to a room and the tap in the bathroom didnt work, nor did the shower had to have a bath and when your in a rush it's not ideal. Spoke to reception and they were not helpful at all

Super helpful staff and great value hotel

Staff were super helpful with every one of our needs and the hotel is great value for the price, would definitely recommend for low cost place to stay

The room and bathroom smelt very strongly of cigarettes. We could not have a shower as the hot water made the smell even stronger. There was also food on the carpet from previous guest so appeared the room had not been cleaned properly. Wallpaper was peeling off next to the bed. Had we of been staying any longer than one night then we have changed hotels. The pictures online are definitely outdated.

Budget hotel - great for a work week in a great location. Very friendly staff. Quiet. Clean and comfortable. The Brentwood pub down the road was fantastic - very cheap meals which were excellent.

It was ok, needed a bit more attention to detail… just one cup in room for two, bathroom needed a bit more cleaning, base of bed bigger than the mattress etc but it was fairly cheap and ok

Check out was 11 yet the cleaner was knocking my door 10:40 No security as thobs didn’t work for each floor anyone could come in and walk around didn’t feel safe

Awful- Given a key to the wrong room. No hot water The plugs in the sink and bath leaked so we could not even boil the kettle to have a warm wash Room really dated- pillows like wafers. Had to ask for an extra towel - only one in the room.

The property was dated everything was smelly. Water was too hot couldn't turn it down. Kettle was dirty remote waz broken. I can keep going but I need to go don't want to waste any more time on this review

The temperature of the room was excellent to say it was 33 degrees through the day. The mattress was a little to soft and the pillows were too hard. We received one bath towel to share so we asked for more towels and did get them (late on the 2nd evening). There were 2 of us booked in so I would have thought 2 towels minimum! No hand towels just bath towels. There was no plug in the bath so we were restricted to showers only which as we were only there 4 nights we let it go! I think the reception staff could have been a little more friendly as we came and went and although the bedroom was spacious the bathroom was tiny and I did bang my knee on the sink getting out of the shower and tripped over the door stop, which was right in front of the toilet, twice!!
