"We rented this property for a group of 16 celebrating multiple 40th birthdays. It was the perfect accommodation for our group. Great home base for wine tasting adventures and visiting Sensorio. The biggest surprise was just how amazing the views were from the pool area. The pictures just can’t capture how breathtaking those views are. "

"The house is great and we had a relaxing and enjoyable stay. The house was set up comfortably and beautifully. We made great breakfasts and ate outside on the patio, in the shade. The kitchen was the best stocked kitchen we’ve ever experienced on VRBO, with every thing we needed, which was a delight. We were a group of friends, three couples enjoying the wine country and Tobin James Winery. It was a perfect fit. "

"It was a little rough getting there! In the middle of the country. The last few miles a bumpy dirt road! Pay attention to the hosts instructions on how to get there! Once we were there we loved the place and the whole experience! Many beautiful stars at night.The whole ranch is clean well built and very safe! Loved watching the goats being protected by their guardian dogs! The hosts were friendly and attentive While they were working. We had the ranch to ourselves most of the time. ...

"Very cute and clean little cabin. Very well stocked kitchen, nice clean bathroom. The kitchen was very closeby. The bathroom was a little further away but still fairly close. The neighborhood and property were amazing - quaint, quiet, and lots of interesting buildings and equipment to explore. Wish I could have stayed longer!"

"Kathy, the property manager, and Ruth, the property owner, were incredibly hospitable and accommodating. The property was clean, beautiful, spacious, and it had everything we needed. We traveled with two dogs and our adult children. We took our surron e-bikes and explored the trails and jumps near by. Enjoyed Sensorio and the Ravine which were under 10 minutes away. We also fished at Lake Nacimiento. We were able to grill and have bonfires each night after exploring. We took dips in their pool...

"Overall a great place. Loved the decor and warmth felt in the house. However!!! Trying to access the property from the street was dangerous!!! There is no railing up the so called stairs to the gate. Rather than trying going down or up this way, we walked through weeds on so called grass until we felt safe to access street. This could potentially be a lawsuit in the making "

"The Orchard House exceeded our expectations. It’s even better in person, than the pictures. The house sits up on a hill above the orchard and has a fantastic view to enjoy. The house is so roomy with a lot of bedrooms and bathrooms which makes it easy for everybody to get ready at the same time. The owners were wonderful too making sure the directions were easy as well. Fantastic house to stay at. Highly recommend it. "
