"Very nice hotel in good and quite location, with big comfortable rooms. This was our second time in the hotel and the only negative thing was there was a bit dustry in the room this time, which there wasnt the first time. "

"We had a lovely 1st stay in Amsterdam. Helen got our room available early after landing from US. Andrea provided gr8 Metro directions to get us about. Sean gave us walking guidance and Dylan makes a mean capucino and shares hus b ball knowledge. We felt at home. Killer room exterior shades!"

"Great place really. Beach House is really cool. The room was very spacious. Walls are thin, it's just like being on a camping but much more space then a tent. You can sit outside your room. Metro close by. Loads of showers in the basement. Would definitely stay here again. Oh and the staff were very friendly "

"High standard hotel, big room, great bed, good service and a well equipped gym. They also serve an excellent burger at this hotel. The hotel is remotely located, but you get here easily by taking the Metro, line # 52 to Overamstel station situated 300 m from the hotel. This line is however closed for upgrades now in August, so we took # 54 to Spaklerweg instead and walked 12 min (not recommended with suitcases). This was our 2nd stay here. "We stayed 9 nights at BOB W Oosterpark in May 2025 and had a lovely experience. The hotel is very modern inside, the beds are comfortable, there is a shared kitchen with all necessities for longer stay. The water pressure in the showers is excellent.
