"Very disappointed with this hotel stay. The room had insects crawling on the wall corner, which looked like ants or termites. This is unacceptable for any hotel, especially when you expect a clean and comfortable environment.
The presence of bugs made the room feel dirty and uncomfortable, and it ruined our stay. Cleanliness should be a basic standard, but unfortunately this hotel did not meet that expectation.
I hope the management will take this seriously and improve their housekeeping. I...

"Cute Lobby. The location to the town is good, but it is super noisy and the parking and walking in the evening and night is not safe. Unfortunately, there are a lot of homeless around the entire block and people out all night yelling. The day staff was very nice. The check in staff barely acknowledged anyone even looked up. Be prepared to walk up 2-3 floors of very steep stairs. We wanted to live this property, but it didn’t feel safe."
