"Plane arrived at 2am but I had confirmed prior with hotel staff that I needed a
Shuttle. When I arrived the phones were down and I eventually had to get a Lyft. Then the hotel door was locked and luckily someone else had already left but still had their room key to let us in. Eventually the staff came to help check us in.
The room was fine but the experience was a bit lacking."

"The resort is wonderful. Very clean and room was well kept. The pool area is very nice and clean. My only complaint was about the young lady who programmed my key card for only one night after already staying there 4 days. She didn’t say anything this twice and on Sunday after every one left for the day , I was afraid to go out that once again I would be locked out. Shout out to Noreen from housekeeping who kept checking on me. I will be back in June."

"Bathroom in room was dirty. Took 3 times contacting front desk and manger to get cleaned.The third time i took pictures ro manager at front desk and had to show cleaner where to clean. Also had a outlet in room sparking and burned. Took 3x to get this fixed also. When cleaners cleaned riom did not restock coffee. The hotel said they would make it right with me but didnt see anything. Besides that the pool and beach was nice. Will never book this hotel again.
