How you AvantStay is up to you, but it’s always a good time.

AvantStay provides an upscale experience with services that elevate your stay and save time so you can enjoy every moment. Guests have access to a 24/7 support team. Whether it’s fridge stocking or in-home massages, AvantStay offers a variety of upgrades & experiences to enhance your stay.

*Home Truths:*
- We allow service animals at this home. If undisclosed pets are brought into the home without AvantStay's approval there is a fine of $500 per pet.
- Please note our occupancy includes an additional two beyond bed count. Trifold floor mattresses and additional linens can be provided upon request.
- As a ski town, many construction projects happen around town all summer. Working hours are 7am-9pm.

This home comes with a pack n' play travel crib available. A high chair can be provided upon request with at least 24hrs advanced notice. Just ask and we are happy to accommodate you and your little ones!

Accidental Damage Protection: A non-refundable accidental damage protection plan has been included in the price of your reservation. Under this plan, you will not be held responsible to pay for accidental damage or loss to the rental property resulting from you or others in your party up to $2000. This plan does not cover intentional acts of a guest, gross negligence, or willful and wanton conduct, and/or damages caused by pets. This plan is not available for reservations 28 days or longer or reservations that require a security deposit.

This is a smoke-free property. Violation of the no-smoking policy will result in forfeiture of the security deposit, a $300 smoking fee, and liability for any fire or property damage costs.

As part of our commitment to being good neighbors, occupancy limits and quiet hours (9pm-8am) are strictly enforced. No speakers or sound systems will be provided for use in our properties. Violation of any noise ordinances will be subject to fines that can reach up to $10,000 per violation.

Events or parties are not allowed without prior written approval and an additional fee. Any unauthorized parties or events will be shut down and a fine will be assessed. Please inquire for more information about our event policies and fees.

There is nothing more important to us at AvantStay than the health, safety, and experience of our guests & staff. We've enhanced our cleaning and sanitation protocols and are taking extra care to disinfect all surfaces between reservations with hospital-grade disinfecting solutions.

As a reminder, we do work with 3rd party vendors to maintain the property, and although we adhere to the strictest CDC guidelines and advise all contractors to wear PPE equipment, we can not always enforce. We strongly advise guests to please deny access if any vendors fail to meet and adhere to these standards.

IDs will be requested for verification after booking. All bookings over 30 days require a security deposit.

We report and prosecute all Credit Card Fraud.

We had a wonderful time at this property. House was very clean and check in process could not have been easier. Definitely would recommend it and would stay there again. Great experience for my whole family.

We had a lovely few days at this property. Proximity to Park City resort was tops, the trails only a 5 minute walk away. The property managers were very responsive to our questions, and the property itself was clean and tastefully furnished, wish a large bank of windows right onto some beautiful trees and the golf course. And best of all, the beds were super comfortable (good quality, no cheap foam toppers here). We highly recommend staying here!

Can’t beat the location. Great for families. The cleaning fee is *super* steep considering there are dead flies and spider webs in the corners but other than that, everything is great. The beds are comfortable. The gas fireplace is the cherry on top after a day of skiing. Thank you!

Location - quiet / private during day and night. 5 minute walk to closest chair lift - we did it in our ski boots 4 days in a row. Very clean all around, spacious, and comfortable. We cooked in the kitchen and ate sitting both at the kitchen island stools and main table - nice setup. We were not able to use the back outdoors patio area since there was way too much snow on it - a good problem to have since we were in Park City to ski! Easy check-in process and the host was available to ask questions via text message which is convenient.

Great location and place to stay for a long weekend in Park City. You easily walk to the slopes and avoid parking! The house was just as stated, very clean, kitchen well equipped and nicely decorated. Easy drive to Main Street for great restaurants and shops. Indoor parking is a plus. Would definitely recommend!

Everything about this unit exceeded our needs and expectations. The location was perfect, especially if spending time at Park City Resort for skiing or ice skating. We barely used our car! The unit was just as pictured, very clean and all the needed items: plenty of towels, dishware, pots/pans, etc. The couches were comfortable for lounging and watching movies, the beds were so comfortable - we all slept very well. The layout of this unit is perfect for 1-4 kids, the master located downstairs and the bedroom with 2 twin beds upstairs, the loft has a bed larger enough for two people or two kids. We will definitely note this unit to stay at when in Park City next time.

The house was clean, well furnished and stocked. This is our 4th trip to Park City and this location was by far the best and closest to PC Mountain. The management company was incredibly accomadating and responsive to any questions we had. I would recommend this property to anyone.
