What’s nearby:
The Fawngrove complex is conveniently located on the route of the free shuttle bus, which will take you right to Deer Valley Resort's Snow Park Lodge (less than a mile south), historic Main Street in downtown Park City (one mile west), and the base of Park City Mountain Resort (less than two miles west). On Main Street, you'll find a wide array of shops, art galleries, fantastic restaurants, entertainment, and - when the season is right - Sundance Film Festival events.

Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.

Lovely View & Perfect Location

From start to finish the booking, communication, check in/check out process was simple, and the property manager was in contact from time to time to make sure everything was to our liking. The condo is well appointed, amazing mountain views, and very warm and inviting. My teenage son and I were here for a long hockey weekend, and we’ll definitely be back, and we’d definitely stay here again!

Awesome views and location.

We didn’t ski this trip… but this condo is very close to skiing… noticed skiers getting picked up by a bus a few steps from our condo. We liked the private parking garage and the available parking outside within close proximity to the front door of this condo. The few minor things that we think could be improved upon… the water pressure for the shower, this makes it very hard to use and enjoy! Nothing we could do about this ourselves. However, that being said the water pressure going into the big garden tub, which we didn’t use, was very good.Clean bathroom rugs (they looked like they haven’t been cleaned in a year)…so we laid bath towels over them so we felt like we could step on them during our stay. The drain in the kitchen sink had a bad smell when we ran the water….so we dropped a small bar of the soap we found in the bathroom and churned it up in the disposal… that seemed to do the trick. We loved the spaciousness of this condo. Next time, though, we will find one without so many steps… I hope whoever cleaned up after our stay appreciated how we cleaned up before we left. We emptied all the trash, did the dishes, stripped the bed, took all the towels we used, along with the dirty bathroom rugs and placed them in the bathtub and put a new toilet paper roll on the dispenser. We really liked having a nice place to stay while enjoying the Three day destination wedding of our niece at Stein Erickson Lodge.and the Riverhorse on Main in Park City,, UT.

Deer Valley

Great location and property. Vacasa does a great job communicating with you and responds quickly to questions. I would stay again next year when we go back. Bus stop right out front for quick ride to the base

The condo has a spectacular view of the mountains. And easy walk to a lovely cafe. The outlet on the kitchen wall didn’t work and overall it was chilly. Also the entrance is very odd opening into a dark entryway. No lighting during the day

Cozy condo

This condo was cozy and welcoming. We were impressed with the natural light (beware if you want to sleep in though :). It was a little confusing on where to find the property. We were wandering around for a minute after parking in the garage area. And it was a lot of stairs from there. We decided to just park in the “extra” parking in the lot rather than the garage after that. It eqs cozy and quiet. Just what we needed!!

Incredible view of the mountain.

Clean, quiet, spacious, relaxing. Just the way we wanted. Keep in mind it's two flights of stairs from the parking garage, but we didn't mind. It was cool enough that the lack of AC didn't matter. The songbirds in the morning were a nice touch too!

Adequate, nice view.

Was adequate for our needs, but a few things could have made it better. Instructions for fireplace were not there and we had to contact host; plenty more of coffee for Kierag, but a few packets of sweetener would have been nice, as would some foil wrap or plastic wrap and som sturdier garbage bags. Also, would have been nice to know about stairs, one flight up from parking garage and then a 2nd flight up to condo.

Cozy stay for ski weekend

Nice location just an 8 minute Uber to the Main Street and ski resorts. Tried to do the bus route but it was complicated so we did a Ubers the whole time which was $20 a ride on average but could be up to $50 during peak ride times like in the morning to get to ski lifts. The house was well stocked with everything we needed and communication was quick and easy to resolve a fire place trouble shooting issue. Would definitely come and stay again!

Arrived and heat did not work. Fireplace did not work. Called Vacasa and they kept me on hold for nearly 30 min. That's a long time especially when you are cold! His excuse was it is a busy weekend. My reply is that vacasa should staff their call center accordingly. I you acknowledge that it is a busy weekend then be prepared. Don't make excuses. But once we got past that, the local property manager was very prompt with his call back and a serviceman arrived shortlt thereafter. Heat came on and fireplace fixed. 100 percent excellent stay from that point onward!

Great relaxing time

We enjoyed the condo. Location was great and provided easy access to all needed support, ie grocery store, liquor store and cafes. Needed to call maintenance to get the fireplace going. If we come back to Park City we will look at this place again.

Cute, clean, condo.

Nice little place in a convenient location. Lots of stairs which aren’t as fun if hauling heavy luggage/cooler. Make sure to bring your own coffee filters! Happy with our stay.

Great location.... 2 minute free bus ride to Deer Valley and to town. Very spacious and great views of Deer Valley! Nicely decorated and very comfortable bed.

Lovely spacious condo with mountain views!

My husband and I stayed here for a week to ski at Deer Valley. We loved the condo - spacious, nicely furnished (with new carpet and furnishings), well-equipped kitchen and comfortable bed! Very quiet and private, with gorgeous views out toward the ski area with a lovely meadow in the foreground! We took the free shuttle every day to the ski area (several short minutes ride), and its just a few minutes to downtown Park City for restaurants and shopping. We would definitely stay here again!

An exceptional 1br condo

This has the feel of a large unit: very large family room, high ceilings, huge windows, and expansive views. A luxury condo for a couple. We look forward to staying again next year.

Wonderful location

This 1 bedroom condo, is truly, just that. They advertise sleeping for 4 but the sofa bed is a double, rock hard, and the configuration of the condo and 1 vanity bathroom would make this not very suitable for four adults. Besides, there was just one thin blanket and 1 sheet in the closet for this bed. Would have frozen. The condo has a fabulous view, great open concept entertaining area, and a secure garage spot, is on the bus route ( which we used daily as the snowstorms were so strong we weren't sure of driving in them...but bus is a real deal : free, bus stop right at Fawngrove entrance, frequent buses , took us to all of our evening restaurants and up to SnowPark Lodge daily, Deer Valley stores your skiis and boots overnight for free). We enjoyed our stay, the second time we have stayed here, first time under Wyndham management. A quick word to the owners...replace the carpet, it is disgusting, stretched out, and should be done yearly if you are expecting that kind of money for a one bedroom condo. To Wyndham, don't be so stingy on the supplies you leave in the condo...we had barely a 1/4 roll of paper towels, one and a half rolls of TP ( we were there for 4 nights) and one dishwasher soap pod, no dish detergent. You would have your guests feel more like the price was worth it. Think how they do it at Deer Valley, treat your guests well! But we went out and bought what little we needed, and had a great four days of skiing. Thank you!!
